The app sucks at drop off check in
WILLIAM WWant someone about the deposit before swiping their card and don't call it a deposit if you plan to keep it. Was quoted $44 was charged $180!
Simone JEverything was great at this location it seems a lot safer and more professional than the other locations on the same street. Only thing negative was about the truck. It had a previous hole (damage) on seat and the app did not really have a good spot to write that down in. Other than that everything else was good.👍🏼
Juan HTook 4 phone calls to get a reservation I asked for pick up in PCB and even stated I would take a different size truck delete the transport or pick up at 2 different locations was told I could pick up in Panama City and they would have a dist rep call me instead my reservation got moved to chipley without even asking me if that was ok. Took 3 more calls to get it straightened out never got a call from a district rep. Very dissatisfied with uhaul overall !!!

RICHARD CReserved it online for back Beach Road pick up got there did not have the truck had to go all the way to front Beach. My help was sitting there three hours waiting on me to get all this done had to pay them and then I had to put more gas in it to take it back to the front Beach Road location.

Debi CVery poor customer service A field manager called me and basically brushed it off. Blame me for the issue. The truck was filthy like somebody’s living in it. It cost me $60 to get it clean because it’s somebody defeated inside the truck. It was disgusting.

MARY LI was charged for a truck’s cleanliness even though I uploaded pictures and indicated at the beginning the truck was not clean. Then I was honest in my assessment and I was charged extra. I bet no one has cleaned it and the scam continues
TAMEKIA WNo one knew anything about how to help us here. We had to figure it out on the app ourselves and we’re on a serious time crunch to move all my things out of my abusers house. My military discount was not applied either and I was Charged for extra mileage when I was Told I wouldn't Be. Worst experience ever.
Brittany FWe had someone drive the uhaul. We took a 6 hour drive and the ac went out within 2 hours of driving and the guy We had drive it has a pace maker. Now when you pay for something, your paying for all parts to be working as well. I will be placing a consumer report. Very disappointing

Mark MWe tried to call this location during business hours 3 times and left a message twice when we got no answer or call back. We were trying to find out before we left on a 4 hour trip to this location simply if he had what we needed and to make a reservation. Because we were unable to communicate we were forced to make an unneccesary trip to the location. Also no help lifting the largest pull behind trailer on the truck hitch, as I am an older senior. The trailers don't have a way to raise the hitch to ball height like most trailers. Still a great value to the public, just a little better customer service would be great.
FENTON AHave someone check to ensure the inside of the truck is cleaned properly and the windshield is cleaned aswell. I was charged twice on my card aswell $200.16 and $127.38

William SThe representative would not look at the return of my U-Haul trailer, the 12 blankets or sign my drop off paperwork today 4/20/21 am 11:00am, CST. So yes, not great service or thoroughness on the part of a U-Haul representative.
JEFFREY MIMO, the dual axle trailer had too few tie downs. Thanks to my Brother-in-law mechanic he gave me a heads up that the tires on my F-150 needed to be at max air pressure - marked on the tire - for the 650 mile trip... or I could have experienced tire damage/failure. No one ever mentioned that to me otherwise.

Kirt CWe were greeted by individuals inside their store who did not wear masks while we had our masks on. The first trailer we were assigned was connected then when we the customer checked tire pressure, 3 of the 4 tires were well under pressure. Once reported a second trailer was assigned.

Lorrie LThe rep did NOT secure the trailer to my vehicle's hitch and as a result, the trailer popped off while I was driving down the road. It wasn't tightened down (screwed down) at all. VERY upsetting.
