I have no issues with this location as they were superb. The only issue I had was I selected a different location for the pickup and then this was changed on me the day before which caused me to drive out 30 minutes further than originally planned (which took me 1 hour over my plan events for that day). This is NOT GOOD. If I book at a location, the inventory should be up to date and be available.
Anthony PI had to drop the trailer off after hours so I was not met by any personnel, its a little confusing knowing where the entrance is. I ended up circling the building and backing up to where I thought was the best place to drop off the trailer.
Matt TDidn’t go in. Online return. Quick and easy. I would recommend.
PAYTON MWe were never notified what size balls he needed for our rental. We brought ours but it didn’t fit so I had to purchase a hitch. Had it been communicated we would have brought our other ball. I had to spend $30 extra dollars because we had to drive 4 hrs to haul back our desired items and we couldn’t just run home. This should be very clear what ball you will need on your hitch. Very disappointed. Awe also received texts to tell us our pick up is scheduled etc and then when I tried to enter my phone to login it said that phone number doesn’t exist. Strange!
