Liz LI rented a 15’ truck and 2 furniture dolly’s. When picking up the truck there were no dolly’s and the location was closed so when I called all I got was an apology but this didn’t make my move any easier. Very unhappy!
Matt CAir condition not blowing cold air, old crack passenger side fender damage especially on a new truck with less than 5k miles. Vehicle was clean and drives with no other problems.

ARMANDO CMy time and days was changed without me knowing and I was told lies about he was getting it cheaper with the insurance. And I was Pay attention to my brother outside. One of the staff made a statement that the manager was inside ***** with U-Haul. and my brother heard it and the staff came inside to me tell me what he had said and said your dude is mad with me and I said no that’s my brother and I just apologize because I didn’t want no confusion. and it was more i called about the whole Contract. was change instead of being a one-way, he asked to bring it back there.
Shelita NIt was an awesome experience. The gentleman (forgive me, I’m bad with names) was great. Down to earth, friendly, respectful and polite. If the need arises in the future, I would absolutely rent a U-Haul truck from this location again! Thank you so very much for an awesome experience.

Ali BMy experience with UHAUL was not a pleasant one I have been over charged twice and my rental mileage seems to be excessive. Secondly the furniture pads were intended to be purchased and because of Corvid pandemic I didn’t want to rent pads. Nevertheless I have pads and will gladly return if the charges for purchase and rental is removed..

Donna SThese comments have nothing to do with either location. After I dropped off the truck in New Orleans I got 5 phone calls through the weekend asking where the truck was. Obviously the internet staff is not consulting the on line info.

Henry HThis was not the location I requested to pick up from and was not notified of the change until the night before. Had to make very last minute changes with my movers which was a major problem. Very frustrated that this change was handled so poorly by U-haul.

Kellie HI scheduled to pick up in in Louisiana, hours before I was about to pickup. Uhual left a message telling that they had no truck and that I was aware of that. The lady in Louisiana hung the phone up on my face. I called back and another lady helped me. The end was ok.
