Lot was full of mud and dirt. Super sketchy
MARKO LThis was a self pickup, which was never specified so I had no clue what to do when I arrived as it was in a very weird location and did not feel that safe to be there alone. The uhaul app would not let me pickup the vehicle nor was the furniture mats I paid for were there. I had to drive to another location to pick them up and when I arrived they were very confused because no one called them about this. Additionally, they only had 4 mats and I paid for 6. The person at Floordi was super helpful and I don't believe this was their fault definitely lack of communication from uhaul.
