This location didn't have the dolly I requested and no one bothered to let me know until I picked it up and it wasn't there. Dollys are pretty essential when moving. It ended up costing more, unnecessary money. The check engine light was on the majority of the trip.

Training to have the equipment ready and have a person to help the costumer to connect the trailer. This is the first time I have problems. This place was the first time I picke up, back of the trailer was super dirty.
ROSEMBERG BI ordered 26 truck and when I got the key out of the box it was for a 20 truck so . I call and talk to someone from U-Haul and spent 30 mins and all they could do is tell me to drive 20 out of my way . I had to take this you and spend more time moving and more trips
ALFRED LIt was difficult to take side pictures of truck because they were parked so close together.
Scott RI had a great experience with the rep. I signed the paperwork, pulled up to the trailer and hooked up. We noticed the lights weren't working so he tested my wiring. Come to find out I had a couple blown fuses. Fixed on the spot and pulled right on out. 10/10
