This was by far my worst experience with the U-Haul rental ever! Got there at 10:30 at night, getting the key out was extremely difficult due to the height the box was placed over 6 ft high on a cedar post. Then the truck wouldn't crank I had to jump it off with my pickup truck, the passenger side headlight was burned out, then the top it off the next day when I open the back of the truck it was completely filthy. Whoever had it before it didn't clean it out and the dealer didn't clean it out. Then it wouldn't crank again had to jump it off again with my truck, then stopped in a fast food restaurant when I came out it wouldn't crank again. Had to call for roadside assistance and all that gentleman would do was jump it off again. When I called in about it I got passed around 3 or 4 times and I actually had to pay for the rental even though I never got to use it and it was nothing but the mess. I think U-Haul should have ate that charge but since how they didn't I'm not sure when I'll rent from U-Haul ever again. If you're looking for a U-Haul truck do not use the one in Pinellas that I use
