Placed reservation online for pick up at 10:00 A.M. Website said they opened at10:00A.M. Store was closed when we arrived just after 10:00 A.M. It was around 11:00 A.M. by the time some arrived. He stated they opened at 11:00 A.M. Someone needs to correct the website. The gentleman was apologetic and professional. There was a view blockage on the drivers window, making it difficult to see out the window in using the blind stop mirror. A former sticker from the last customer? The front tires need to be replaced due to tread depth. I mentioned the tires to the store clerk.
