I am being over charged because the mileage In there system was wrong. I was given the van with less than a quarter tank of gas brought it back with almost a half tank and I’m being charge for gas as well

Very easy to pick up and drop off , very convenient location and the cargo van I rented was relatively new … overall a very pleasant experience.
RAVINDRAN RI was set to pick up a cargo van at 9am. The manager seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. He had to call another manager over the phone to assist. I took over a half hour to drive off. When I returned the van, I was told to use the app for the return process. I told him I had never been asked to go through the app. It ended up taking so long that the app registered the van late and was charged an extra day. I will NEVER rent from this location in the future! 🤬
Victor URented the dolly and paid for it, however this location does not offer a dolly.
Kamalani PI was very satisfied with the check out timing. Fast and easy!!! And fast and easy to return it.
Jacquelyn lVehicle did not start. Check out process took half an hour, and an employee was rude and unhelpful.
