CLEO J.I still think this location should Sanitize the vehicles, for example wipe door handles and steering wheels ect.. When i Sanitized it before use it apears it havent been sanitized in a long while.

LAWANDA F.I didn't like having to walk around the back of the shopping center by myself when I brought the truck back after the location had closed as I had parked my car in the front of the building. Also, the person who picks up the phone only answers with “Hello†and the place is hard to find as they do t have a Uhaul sign until you see the small one on the window. When the driver's seatbelt got stuck when I was about to bring the truck back, this location wasn't helpful. I called Roadside Assistance since I couldn't legally or safely drive it the few miles back. The location left me a message saying that I'd need to drive it (!!!) to another location to pick up a different truck - something that wasn't feasible for the previous reasons. Also, I didn't need a new truck. I just needed to take it back. The person I rented it from said the trucks were old, but I didn't expect a malfunctioning seatbelt. Next time I'll make sure that I make a reservation with s regular dealer - which is what I thought I was doing. All in all, it was a long and frustrating afternoon for what should have been a quick trip.

VAUVENARGUES L.My pickup location was changed the morning of and no one called me to tell me. I did get an email but I don't check email that often. It cost me 18.00 more in Uber fees, as well as 2 hours of my time. One hour waiting for the second Uber and the trip. The second hour due to missing my scheduled pickup time. I had to wait for the lunch break to end.

UNA R.The owner came in on the day she is closed to help me with technical difficulties. She tried for hours to process the invoice. Uhaul system had crashed. I couldnt get the truck that day(Sunday). The owner kept me updated throughout the evening. The next day she made sure everything was ready. She went above and beyond her duties.
