The items I requested was not on the truck as told, also was told by management that I would be able to get the item that I needed since I had a reservation, but that was not the case. Worse experience ever

Yasmin MI was overcharged plus the website uhaul is inaccurate when it comes to gas reading. I REPLACED the accurate amount of gas and due to uhaul depending on the system I was charge inaccurate for gas milage. I WAS OVERCHARD FOR my miles as well.
Chenell RI asked to have a 10 foot truck to be picked up in Auburn Alabama and then dropped off in Fayetteville, GA - I reserved this 6/11, however the day before I was told there is no truck in Auburn and that I was going to get a 26 foot truck in Carrollton, GA - totally out of the way. Therefore I was on the phone for 2-3 hours trying to get a truck. Ended up getting one in Jonesboro, GA and had to pay more. To me this was not acceptable
Ronald MAdvise them in ADVANCE where to park the truck (behind the building) and hours of operation. I had difficulty with your app kicking me out and no one was in the office yet to help us they don't open up until 9:00am and the equipment was due back at 7:30am. this was frustrating for us. I did not like leaving the truck and trailer unattended until the office opened up. Fortunately everything worked out well and the owner was helpful.

Jennifer BThere was no one there. If I had known they closed early I would’ve dropped the truck off before they closed. I still dropped the truck off a whole day early with no type of refund. And they didn’t check it in until the main office called to see if I had turned in the truck. I would not recommend returning a vehicle to this location unless it is during the week while they are open
Jacqueline KBetter communication skills. I was setup with a different location and had a truck reserved for 9am. When I arrived at the prescribed location at 9:00am they were closed and didn’t open until 11:30. When I came back at 11:30 there was no one there. After much deliberation with customer service, I was finally able to get a new location to get a truck. It was a terrible experience.

David BIf the utility and furniture dolly’s were not available adjust the invoice and contact the customer. Don’t wait, hold the deposit and not reach out. It’s disconcerting. As a single mom, being forced to move 2 rooms of furniture without a dolly and then having the money held for it, is wild.
Jayelyn LI just don't like the system. By the time I figured it out, my time passed so I had to call customer service to gain access to the key. I guess if I was more savvy, it would have went smoothly. The customer service rep that ended up helping was very patient and pleasant

Carlos WPlace was closed no personal contact. It was hard to find locations because it was in back of bldg.I drove around looking for drop off .I got text letting me know in back of bldg.You need better instructions for drop off.
Barbara CThis location was excellent. You just can’t find it at night. The Uhaul sign is in the window but not out in the type of the location. It was dark at night. The truck was kept in the back of the building and you literally have to stay in the front of the building to get the internet location connected to the wifi to link you to being present and at the location. It is a fun scavenger hunt but don’t be in a rush there as it is an hour wait of a whole lengthy process to follow steps by the app then by internet at night to obtain the truck and then the key.

Myles LI requested and paid for a dolly but the site doesn’t carry dollys- I have yet to receive my refund. I had to go to another location to get a dolly which was a huge inconvenience. The cabin of the truck was filthy from previous rental.

joyce jCustomer service was unprofessional. I wasn't given a receipt. Location was hard to find. I never checked the truck out before driving, didn't know how much gas was in it until I got in. When time came turn truck back in, the office was closed. I was told nothing about returning the truck except bring truck in the back of building. I didn't know what to do, so I just parked truck and put key in drop box. This was on Fri 9/29/23 and today is Sunday, October 1st and I have yet to receive a receipt as to what my charges were. Tina CThere was no sign to where to park the returns. It was on their close day. I had to ask the next door guy where do people return and he told me the back. I felt unsafe trying to take pictures to upload to return the trailer. Had a trouble uploading it and the guys in the suv and was driving by and came back and parked and was getting out. I had to hurry up and leave. They weren't there to pick up because from far he shouted how to rent one. I told him he call 800 # and reserve.

Blenda CI wish there were better instructions on where to find location. It’s in the back of a Kroger building which is scary because i was alone . Also the truck started jerking a little bit and the gas was on e almost which was inconvenient to my schedule.

Hadley LThe representative was late to the store. I had to rush to make my move appointment with the movers due to the delay. At first, I was told they didn't have my reservation even though I received email confirmation and a phone call from a Uhaul representative the day before. Noone was at the store when I returned the truck. The drop off procedures were not clearly communicated to me. I didn't receive notification to check in until after my reservation. This was a very stressful experience on top of an already stressful situation.

CLEO JI still think this location should Sanitize the vehicles, for example wipe door handles and steering wheels ect.. When i Sanitized it before use it apears it havent been sanitized in a long while.

WESLEY Jwas using Riverdale location and very poor experience there but for the 759 Jonesboro location was very good. I recommend keys being in the lock box when an appt is set for pickup
