My pick-up location was changed a couple of times, but I'm so happy that I ended up at this one. Kapil is so friendly and nice and that really makes a difference. The pick-up and drop-off process was quick and easy. I LOVE the online vehicle check and confirmation. That is the first time that I've seen that. The van was great! I have no complaints or suggestions on how to improve. A++

Got the van and it was not cleaned beforehand. Previous borrower transported an animal and there was dried feces and urine in the truck. Had to wash the truck liner before I was even able to use the van for moving

The service guy, Patel was very efficient, competent and professional. He called us while we were running late and assisted us in all ways. He is a wonderful human being. I’ll be there next time for sure.

It took too long to get a U haul because there server was down and they couldn’t put my information in for like a half an hour and wasted my lot of time and it was more expensive then expected

Make sure your other authorized dealers at Gas Plus NE are open or make notes on door as last minute scrambling to get the last vehicle here was less than ideal!!!!
