My experience for the self serve was horrible. I used a local spot by me. It did not work and had to call 2x. The 2nd call the moved my reservation to another spot that was supposed to be a walk in and it was a self help only. Did not work again and had to call again this time the agent figured out what was wrong and fixed it. Then the pictures would not upload through the app and had to call again. The agent said that this was the 3rd call saying the same thing. I lost 1.5hrs going through this process. Will not use a self service spot again!
