I chose the mobile check in/out but was still required to pick up the keys inside, which is fine but I essentially had to check in twice. I later got a call at exactly the time I was supposed to return the truck to see where I was, but I had just started the drop off process as I had the truck reserved until that time, I was not late. The man from the store who called me wanted me to go inside the shop to process the drop off, then I was told to go back outside to submit a picture of the dashboard on the site. The site prompted me to take other photos and finish the drop off so I followed all the steps through that. The instructions after I finished processing the return on my phone was to put the keys in the key drop off box so I did that. I then got a bunch of calls within the next hour from the store asking me where the keys and truck were but I had followed all instructions and had received a confirmation/receipt from uhaul. All they needed to do was walk outside and see that I had parked the truck and look in the drop box and they would find the keys. I told them I left it in the drop box and they had no idea what I was talking about but it’s a bright orange Uhaul box right beside the front door of the store.. no way to miss it. Finally, I got a call at 9:52pm, almost 5 hours after I had returned the truck. I did not answer this last call as I was busy but I found this business very unorganized and it was unnecessary to call me so many times, especially after their business hours (they close at 9pm on Sundays).

Narveer SI was charged extra charges for things I didn’t even ask for. My estimate was 87 and I was charged 148 for additional things that I should not be charged for this is ridiculous you take my money and add things I never asked for and on top of that the vehicle was FULL of garbage mess and left over things from previous driver. Poor poor experience overall especially the people who was doing my reservation

ROBERT HYou should place instructions of the truck in a kind of booklet. Because I wasn’t aware of manual parking brake. So, when I have to release it before starting the truck, I have faced a little difficulty knowing how to release it. Later I have watched couple of videos..then I got to know it. It has taken around 10-15 min to figure out that. So a user manual kind of thing will helps.
