Gentlemen was very nice, and helpful. Please tho that the uhaul online has the gentlemens hours wrong on there website, felt bad the guy had to get up early when uhaul cant update there site to the right hours. The drop off location on the instructions was different from where the equipment is actually stored. There was no key drop box at location listed. Overall, confusing instructions. Recommend changing location in the drop off/ return instructions to actual storage location.Philip R.

actually have the truck at the original location where it was reserved. I had to drive 80 miles out of the way to get the truck. The location was fine, but the process was horribleTom P.
Uhaul failed to inform me that we would be paying a deposit for the rental. The local guy at least knew what he doing and now it will take a week to get the refund back from Uhaul. It's also funny that Uhaul says that they have no management or supervisors. This was a military move for me and the WORST experience I have ever had. I will not use Uhaul AGAIN!JAMES Z.

Although the location was a good pickup point, it was over an hour drive round trip for me to pickup the truck. I had Fairbury as my pickup point and nothing was there. So that was extra fuel I had to use to get the truck to the original start point. If a customer needs to drive that far out the way then the added mileage that received was good, but a discount on top of that should have happened. May not use Uhaul again if I have to drive that far to pickup a truckJerad B.

back roll up door was missing cable on left side. made it hard to open door. I had rented a 10' truck. they only had a 15' truck. Amber on the phone said i would get a free upgrade. that did not happen. you should tell your employees not to lie.JOHN K.

I wanted to rent the 15 foot uhaul, but there wasn't any available neat me. However, there was a 20 foot one available. Since I had originally wanted the 15 ft one, they lent me the 20 ft one for the price of the 15. They were very nice people, thank you!April D.

When I arrived to pick up the car carrier the attendant told me that she was not allowed to leave the building and could not come out to help me hook up the trailer to my truck. The store had no customers and they were not busy. The trailer hitch was stuck and I couldn't get it on the hitch ball of the truck so I asked for some instruction to guide me thru my problem. She had no instructions to give me and told me that she didn't know anything about the trailers. I asked to speak to the manager and she called her "boss" who RUDELY told her that he "didn't have time for this" and hung up! I returned to the trailer and after a lot of testing and adjusting finally figured out that the coupler knob was jammed all the way closed. We freed it with a pipe wrench and hooked up the trailer. When we inspected the tire pressure the two back tires were low. One was at 15 lbs. so I asked the clerk for an air hose to adjust the tire pressure and she told me that I would have to find air someplace else. They have no air hose. I originally rented the U haul from the Dubois PA location but I waas told to go to Curwnesville which is 30 miles from my home. I was charged extra mileage which I feel was not appropriateTHOMAS S.
Decrease the amount of time it takes to complete order process. It took 1 hour to complete the rental process from start to finish! It has never taken that long to complete a rental usually it's in and out in about 10 minutes or so. Have the rental agent properly trained on the program that is being used for the rentals. Also, have the prices posted. That way there is no confusion. It's pretty bad when the person running the show has no idea what the prices are. Had this location not been the only place in town to rent a tow dolly I would have taken my business elsewhere. I will not use this location again nor would I recommend to anyone else.KENNETH W.
