Daniel TI will Never use u-hail EVER!! As someone who is handicap I ordered a dolly and furniture cart and when I got to the location to pick up my truck these items were not there so I go ask the person behind the counter and they said ask u-haul for a refund....smh Never again!
Jeffrey WThey made me drive 1 1/2 hrs one way to pick up truck and tow dolly then 1 1/2 hrs back to my house to pick up my things ans was supposed to pick up at 12:45pm and no one was there I called and rude man said I had to pick up at 3:30pm storming really bad and charged me $18.70 for extra miles on truck. I had to pay $100 or 200 more to pick up equipment and wait to pick up rude man and then charged more for extra miles. I got a trailer 1st first too smart called rental place no answer and called 1800 number 4 times kept waiting between 15 to 30 minutes and then the call disconnected. Took back to uhaul place had to wait in line then man reversed trailer rental and charged me a day. WRONG then asked man to help me rent trailer and tow dolly he said I had to do on line. I am 71 yrs old he said he didn't know how. Very rude. Uhaul charged me way too much money and the inconvince and rude employees made for a horrible and very stressful situation. I have to move the rest of my things from PA to VA and will need another truck within the next 6 months but I'm not happy with your company at all and the way I was treated and charged

Deborah SAgain, the people inside were great. The app would not let me finish my return. The app is 100% useless and I would not recommend it at all. I was able to get in and out within minutes, and they took care of everything for me.
Anthony DSince it was a holiday this location was not open so I had to return truck through the app on my phone and drop key in drop box.
Tiana CYou check in through the app and do the same thing inside when you pick up the truck. I don't think the employees know about the Uhaul app check-in. I first scanned my license in the app only to provide it again inside the store.

Timothy GTruck was not swept out in back. Puzzle pieces and dirt on floor. The cab had soda bottles and candy and chip rappers behind the passenger seat. Also the paper work of who just rent the truck and dropped it off on the 6 of December from Vermont. Not good.
Richard EThe location did not prepare and set my truck up for 24/7 pickup. They did not leave the keys out and I couldn't follow through with the mobile pick up on September 28th. What is the point of accepting reservations after hours if U-Haul cannot keep up with it's commitments and ensure that the customers won't suffer. Due to this debacle I was left on the road with all my stuff with no truck whatsoever. The regional manager was rude as well. However U-Haul gave me $50 for failing to uphold the reservation guarantee but my suffering and struggle with U-Haul has been way to much. It made my day hell. I did NOT expect this from U-Haul.
Moiz AThe pick up was fine. The real problem was our original reservation was for Sunday morning at 9:30am. Texted me at 2:30pm Saturday saying your reservation is canceled. No explanation available online or by phone. No phone call from UHaul. 3 hours of calls from me with no solution provided until finally found excellent scheduler who found a truck within 60 miles in Sayre PA. She did the service recovery that meant something. It added 2 more hours of driving onto our move though. It says Guaranteed Reservation on your website. That should mean something. Your very experienced scheduler is the hero here.
Michael OMy experience picking up my Uhaul at Foote's in Sayre, PA was flawless. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The truck was clean! I would definitely go back to them and would recommend others to their Uhaul establishment.

Michael WThey did not have the size trailer I originally reserved, and gave is a larger one for the same price. If we hadn't had a very large truck to tow it, the larger size might not have been safe for us.

Scot AI originally booked for pick up at the Vestal Parkway and they changed it to Sayre, Pa at the day before pick up. This is not acceptable. Inconvenient and poor customer respect.
Ray LI called the location twice & no one answered. I walked in & the women at the counter ignored me the whole time. She was playing on her phone & talking about her personal life while I just stood there waiting for about 10 minutes.
ELENA KThe app didn't work...photo wouldn't upload to confirm return. When the service opened, someone helped the transaction to be returned. Very helpful. The app isn't very user friendly if the photo isn't accepted.

William RThe lights didn't work because a fuse had blown out at the connection box in my trunk. Footes - where I picked up the trailer - were mechanics, but wouldn't look at it, as they were completely booked. I called three mechanics who couldn't look at it either. I went to an autoparts store who referred me to a chain tire store. Their employee came out, looked immediately to see if my fuse was good... showed me it wasn't, and sent me back to the autoparts store to get a new one. The autoparts employee was awesome and advised me to step up to a 1.5 amp. All was fine after that. I don't know why the mechanics place I picked the trailer up from couldn't have looked at the fuse for me. It took longer for them to dismiss me than it would have to have looked at the fuse.

RANDY HUHaul was excellent to work with and they really stepped up and exceeded all expectations for me and my move across the country. I will absolutely work with uhaul again and will certainly recommend them to my friends and family
