When I put my key in the drop box it fell open and the key fell on the ground. It wouldn't lock. I took it inside and gave it to the friendly and helpful counter guy

Dickey RThe weather was very cold at 20 degrees. I called ahead of time and told them what time I would arrive. They had the U haul started and warmed up when I got there. They were so nice and everything went smoothly.

kim pLicense plate light not working. Left lower door hinge was broken. Inside of trailer smelled like animal manure. Had to wash out the trailer several times with hot water and Pine-Sol and still had an odor.
Mike FThe mother's attic did have a leak so a rainstorm did get a few of the boxes wet. Unfortunately, one of the boxes has some family photos in it.

DALE FGot to the location and the equipment wasn't ready for pickup. Then I was told to just take which ever one I wanted to take. No help with hook up either. The person who was checking out equipment told me had no idea what was going on and kept making phone calls for assistance...thought you had to have some type of training for this. Go somewhere else you will get better and faster service for your time and money.

Brad MThe truck was nasty, I had ordered a appliance hand truck and a furniture dolly when I arrived and after spending 30 minutes trying to get access to the truck because all the pictures that had to be taken and then waiting over 30 minutes to get keys I was told they did not have the extra items I orderer. Then he spent another 20 minutes looking for the, and finally found some. I will be contacting U-Haul about this. I’ve never had to wait this long for a rental.
