The truck that I was assigned was functional but old. The truck showed transmission wear due to its age and the steering wheel has "excesive play", making it difficult to correctly know the position of the front wheels. Another issue was that I was overchaged in miles; I drove 9 miles and I was charged for 47 miles. I took pictures and I'm in the process of been refunded upon aproval.

Cashier was very nice at this gas station. The right rear tire had low air, there was a water jug left in the cabinet, gas was at a quarter tank.

The cab was dirty and there were chips and crumbs on the floor and in the cab. Due to the icy rains and snow, I've had formed on the windows, do you think anyone came out to make sure to take care of that? No! I had to go inside and ask for an ice scraper and do it myself! That did not work, so I had to sit in the cab, wasting gas, to heat the cab up and use the defrost, for 30 minutes, just to be able to get it off! They did not go over any of the paperwork with me during pickup or after return. As I am standing there trying to do things using my mobile device, the guy yells at me, “So are you don't yet!? Are you ready!?“ I advised him I was just trying to get things done correctly. And that it was cold and snowing outside. But, do you know what he did? NOTHING! He didn't even offer to assist me. Let's talk about the lack of shoveling outside! No one had shoveled or even bothered to hire a service to do so! I slipped on ice several times when I returned the truck! I would only go to this place if it were the LAST place on earth to go to! And even then I would recommend you keep walking/driving to find another! I don't care if it were the closest and “safest place” in a Zombie Apocalypse! KEEP GOING! NOTHING TO SEE HERE! This was so FAR BELOW any of my other experiences with UHAUL, I am waiting to see a monster from the deep seas! Find Another Location!

Disgustingly dirty in the shop, bathroom should have been condemned. Uhaul truck had a broken mirror, cab was filthy!

The location was very unsafe. I only came here because It was the only location in my area that had the truck I needed. The truck itself was dirty, the cup holders were full of cigarette ashes and the whole truck reeked of smoke. I had to wait for 45 mins while trying to pick up the uhaul because this location is also a gas station and there was one woman checking the customers out as well as helping me. Even when I took the uhaul back she kept making me wait while she would check out the gas station customers. Overall I waited 1hour and 15 mins and this has never happened to me at the uhaul I normally go to. I really had an awful experience.

Keep an eye on your bank account. They charged me for something extra and put my account in the negative. I have pictures of what the truck looked like inside before I drove it. They better not be trying to charge my for cleaning or the broken sun visor because I have pictures that they were like that when I picked it up. Very upset at this moment.

They over billed my deposit by $15... I told the man i did NOT want the insurance after all. He said "just drive careful" "you don't need it". Then i was billed for it anyways. When i asked him about it, he became hostile and denied saying that. I know what he saidvto me but what ever... There should be a almost $20 reimbursement on my card that still hasnt shown up. I would not recommend anyone using this location and i will actually be posting on our local Facebook page my problems here and let the community know they're not to be trusted with CC or debit card numbers.

This location was not the location with which I had made my reservation 2 weeks prior to the move. When I arrived at the original location on time, there were no trucks available. That store worked with U-haul corporate for over an hour to get me set up with another truck. I had to travel over 8 miles to get there (and 8 more miles back again) and at $1.19 per mile, that was a very unpleasant added expense. I am not sure I will trust U-haul with any future moves.

They wrote down the wrong starting mileage, charged us for more mileage than we put on, and cannot be reached for contact. There is no answer when I call, and thete has been no response to my email.

You never gave me an contract stating uhaul charge $20 per day. The service was horrible.

This experience was completely different than past ones with Uhaul. The people booking did not listen to me trying to explain what I was trying to do and as a result, I was grossly overcharged. I was quoted under $50. The total I was charged was 270. I've always had really good results with Uhaul. This experience will definitely have me shopping around the next time I need a truck. I don't want to go through the hassle of arguing my case so I just paid the amount. I just don't think I will be back.

Make sure the gas and millage is checked before the customer gets there. Both were wrong but were fixed when I dropped off the truck. The people were very nice and helpful

I ordered the truck from a location 6 blocks away. They sent me to a location well over 12 miles away. Charged my card previous to telling me the location. Then I was charged for extra miles. Very disappointed.

When I do my reservations by phone I explain the costumer service I need leave the truck near my new apartment because I don't have nobody help and I don't want pay extra miles and he say was ok. Then when I pick the truck the owner don't remind me at least about I need to bring the truck back to that store was very frustrated.

These people are unprofessional. Did not want to give me a receipt, offering to send me the receipt by email without inspecting the truck and without giving me a total of what I was going to pay. Very sketchy.

The truck was not clean (potato chips on the floor of the cab, open soda can in the cab). The location was a gas station/convenience store with only one attendant who was not farmiliar with the rental process. Upon returning the truck, I was not given a hard copy receipt but told one would be sent via email.

I reserved it for 8, sign said they open at 9. The guy in the gas station said the man wont be in till 10. He got there at 9:10 but didnt go to the building where the uhaul trucks was. Didnt get the truck till 10. No discount. Then looked in the truck wasnt clean, even had an old mattress in it. I try to help all businesses but smh this experience was not good....

I was charge extra than the amount shown on contract. It showed that I returned the vehicle on 5 Feb in morning. I had returned it on Feb 4 at 7.30 pm. Also did not get the vehicle with a full tank. Upon returning the vehicle, i filled her up to the level I got it. This has been the worst experience with Uhaul ever. I will never recommend this place to anyone else. Customer service team, Would you be able to look into this.

The truck smelled like smoke. The truck was not at the original location to pickup ... had to go to two other locations and the whole process took an hour or more. VERY inconvenience!!! The truck was smaller than I thought ... I didn't have room for a dining room table and chairs, sofa, and two chairs .. this was NOT a 15 foot truck for a 1 bedroom, I didn't even have a dresser... Rip OFF!!

the trucks were at a gas station that was very busy with locals. To me it wasn't bad cause I live in the Milwaukee area but my parents were a bit on guard. The providers who rented the truck were smart and knowledgeable of the uhal process.

The employee at UHaul said this happens all the time where people don't return the truck and they have no back up plan. Next time rent from Penske because they tried to be helpful.

For the cost of rental, the truck should have been closer to our home. There were several places closer. Their U-Haul computer was not working and the process took far too long.

My appointment was at 8am to pick up my truck for the day. I arrived ten minutes early. When I walked in and spoke to the clerk, I explained I was there to pick up my uhaul rental for 8am. He says, "Nothing until 9am." I explained that I had the email confirming what I just explained to him and he didn't reply. Instead he walks away and makes a phone call. About 15-20 minutes later, another individual arrives and begins to get hints ready. Because of this, we had people waiting on us at our house while we weren't there who were not happy. Yesterday I was contacted by a uhaul rep requesting that I shorten my time I requested with the rental to accomodate another family. I wasn't obliged to it, so I spoke to everyone I had ready to help us to see if they were willing to hurry up in order to free the truck up sooner for this other family. I was very unhappy with the poor customer service, the fact that this mix up caused us to be late arriving for our friends/family to help with the move which in return upset them as well, and all the mix ups while getting the rental. Twice I had to go to different trucks to check and make sure the gas was full as well as confirm the number of miles on the vehicle. The first trucks miles were way off from the mileage they were claiming it to be. So he issued a different vehicle. Again, the miles were off by 14 miles than what the paper work said. Being frustrated and running late now, I just agreed to it and went about the move deciding to pay for the extra miles, because I couldn't afford to wait even longer. I was very disappointed with the service we received today. The next time we move I will most likely not be a returning customer.

Vehicles were not in proper working order. The two trucks were not safe to drive. The staff was very nice and did offer free beverages while calling uhaul.

This is not about this location but the process in general. I requested a U-Haul on 1st street, got a text message that said it was confirmed for that location for 6-10pm. (Online it said they had trucks in stock.) The next day I get another text message saying my order was confirmed for this location, on the other side of town for 6-10. We arrive and not only does he have no record of a reservation he informs us that the U-Haul portion of the establishment closes at 4pm but since he was there until 10pm he would allow us use of the vehicle. Again it is nothing against this particular location, they were helpful, it's just the process as a whole.

Uhual over change me miles I start 18,444 Return 18,503 miles charge over charge miles When I return employee conformed start 18,444 return 18,503 also my school is non profit 501 (c)3 Tax Exemption and. I OVER FILL UP GAS TO MUCH BECAUSE THER ARE WAS NOT FULL. BUT I FILL UP MORE THEN FULL NOF GIVING CREDIT FOR OVER FILL UP.

Impossible to tell from the street that it is a certified UHaul dealer. Went inside the gas station to ask the cashier and he said it was, and to simply put the paperwork in the van and give him the keys. Seemed strange that I didn't have to sign anything, but I'm not familiar with the check in process.

Horrible service, refuesed to take the truck back until I told him to call a manager. This is the 2nd time dealing with this location and they should not be a Uhaul company if they don't want to deal with Uhaul customers with a smile and provide customer service. Horrible, horrible horrible. I strongly suggest a rehaul or elimination of this location.

That location, and gentleman that was assigning me the truck, was very rude, not there or concerned with the business. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone, (Ben) helped straighten out everything and truly gave me the best customer service I have had in a while.

They put the wrong mileage when we picked up the truck. The owner didn't seem to car and he didn't even take time to check the truck out. Then he move trucks around just to get our truck out. The back was dirty and I think there was blood in or some gross brown red junk on floor. The W forest home location was bad would not go back

It wasn't the easiest drop off because its a little unclear where you're suppose to go and they didn't step out and inspect the truck so I was a little worried about that. It ended up being fine but I think they could benefit from having a better dialogue at that time.
