I moved out two months ago

First size that was advertised as a 5x9 was not I measured was less than 8x4. I told the lady that that I had give up a 5x9 and this was incorrect size. I ask 3 times for next size and she wont respond. I had to keep asking for next size. She clearly did not care for service she was very rude and ignorant. No I i will never revomend to any one this place was mot a good experience. Citing that if i dont wanted they are other want to rented. Clearly she avoided my question

Nice size rooms at an affordable price. Never any water leakage in my unit from rain or snow. Great people to work with.

I only rented a unit for a few months because My storage unit was broken into, with damage to my property and items stolen. They never called to tell me about this and when I finally was able to get ahold of the office. She just said she would check my file. They also just shut the door to my unit and didn’t even attempt to resecure my outdoor unit! I made a police report, they said this happens all of the time here and they never contact the police. I’m very disappointed with this business. I definitely would not recommend using this facility. The people were nice, but that doesn’t outweigh their incompetence.

Probably the nicest people in the world. We went through some financial difficulty and they really did everything the could to help us out. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to store their stuff in a good location with a good staff.

Went to pick up keys to begin moving into my storage the place had closed early and i want able to contact anyone all day when i had tried to call them.

No answer, nobody called back. After several attempts I finally got a hold of Jodi and was told that they didn`t have anything available.

The instructions should tell you to call and schedule an appointment with the facility ahead of time as there is no office. Luckily the owner just happened to stop by and he was fantastic.
