I parked my camper here from May to September 2022. In that time, the gates NEVER worked. When I first parked, the gates worked about 3 weeks maybe. After that, they stayed up day and night. No visible security. No visible working hours. Not real sure what the manager actually does here but i can pretty much gather it's not much. There was a "groundskeeper" driving around 1 day i was there. He said he had asked the manager repeatedly when the gates were going to be fixed and the manager just said he reported it. They were also aware of vandals being on the property after dark. The groundskeeper said the manager didn't want him closing the gates at night because he didn't want to get up at 6 a.m. to open them. The groundskeeper was also aware people were staying in the parked vehicles over night and asked if anyone made their way into my camper. The icing on the cake was when i was moving my camper from the property two weeks after my conversation with the groundskeeper and noticed the main power cord to my camper had been cut off by vandals. When I confronted the property manager he "apologized" and said I didn't have insurance on my property through them and nothing could be done. All in all I give this place a 0 star rating. Attendant was unaware of my rental and was surprised that I was there to rent a trailer. The door to the lobby area was locked when I arrived. Had to ring the door bell and wait a minute for the attendant to come to the door. Attendant was helpful in finding my reservation but did not help me hook up the trailer or do any safety or equipment check. The turn signals did not work, I had to fix them myself at my house.Thierry S.

Unit had no light outside. Pitch dark and no security cameras. Three out of four inside lights were out. Unit was broken into by cutting the locks....no security cameras. We decided to move everything after the break in and theft.CHRIS K. | Overall Experience
