I did not move in because I never received instructions on how to complete the check in process, and I had a truck full of furniture. I spoke with customer service, and never received the expected callback from the location manager as promised. Had to go with another storage facility that I could access before my U-Haul was due to be turned back in.

Ms. Lisa was literally heaven sent. She was very helpful and made me feel welcomed when I walked in the building. I tried two other U-Haul places and was very disappointed and she came through to service my need. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone. Fast and friendly service.

We found the place well maintained and were happy to find a dumpster that we could use on site. We were able to have someone remove the "heavy stuff" while we took care of the lighter stuff since my son has a bad back. Thank You .

Although the facility had gates to keep it secure. The gates were frequently malfunctioning. It was not unusual to see one gate open at all times.

I paid over 400 for late fees and auction fees due to non payment, that I was not aware of, I was not contacted via mail, email or phone. I take responsibility for forgetting to update my auto pay when my card was compromised. But on move in I asked to update my contact info since it had my daughters info and was told I needed to take it up home office due to there systems. The space had rat dropping and silver fish, roaches etc and some items that were in the unit had mold. I appreciate the new owner for asking the trash person take the unwanted wood item to the trash for me.

Absolutely no complaints, Ms. Lisa was an extremely a great representative for u-haul. She treated me with nothing but respect while taking care of everything I needed from u-haul. I thank you Ms. Lisa , I only hope u-haul realize the great employee you are to them.

I didn't like they lied and said I didn't put the gas back I took a picture to show I put the gas back it's sad people always want to get over I went from 29 to 100 I am going try hard never use u again

Check-in and checkout were seamless. The truck was clean and well-maintained. Lisa is AMAZING and made renting a truck stress-free and enjoyable. When I need another truck, I won’t be using any other location.

I can't say enough good things about Lisa! She is a superstar! I am a new client at the storage rental place and was thrilled when I needed a U-haul to discover that I could rent one from Ms. Lisa. She has such a positive and caring demeanor. She makes you feel welcome and she cares about customers needs. She is a gem! I hope Uhaul appreciates her as much as her customers!

I parked my camper here from May to September 2022. In that time, the gates NEVER worked. When I first parked, the gates worked about 3 weeks maybe. After that, they stayed up day and night. No visible security. No visible working hours. Not real sure what the manager actually does here but i can pretty much gather it's not much. There was a "groundskeeper" driving around 1 day i was there. He said he had asked the manager repeatedly when the gates were going to be fixed and the manager just said he reported it. They were also aware of vandals being on the property after dark. The groundskeeper said the manager didn't want him closing the gates at night because he didn't want to get up at 6 a.m. to open them. The groundskeeper was also aware people were staying in the parked vehicles over night and asked if anyone made their way into my camper. The icing on the cake was when i was moving my camper from the property two weeks after my conversation with the groundskeeper and noticed the main power cord to my camper had been cut off by vandals. When I confronted the property manager he "apologized" and said I didn't have insurance on my property through them and nothing could be done. All in all I give this place a 0 star rating. I will never do business here or suggest anyone use this place.

Attendant was unaware of my rental and was surprised that I was there to rent a trailer. The door to the lobby area was locked when I arrived. Had to ring the door bell and wait a minute for the attendant to come to the door. Attendant was helpful in finding my reservation but did not help me hook up the trailer or do any safety or equipment check. The turn signals did not work, I had to fix them myself at my house.

Dakota runs a great operation here, and I always felt like my belongings were safe and secure. Really friendly staff and Dakota was always ready to help!
