The Person at the front desk was rude. She told me that up on arrival that I could not leave my car there, while I was a customer and picking up a uhaul van. Because there are only 2 parking spots and she needed the spots fir customers. I said I am a paying customer. It is not my fault that u have only 2 parking spots. She proceed to tell me to park elsewhere while I was gone. I told her no, because I do not want my car to get towed. I parked in the handicapped spot. She then asked if I had a placard and I do. I did offer to move my car over to a non handicapped spot. I will definitely not come back to that Location again and will not refer anyone to go there!

VEERAVENKATASATY PCheck in process was smooth and quick. Desk agent was very friendly and helpful. Upon return I was told I was charged extra mileage via the chat agent. I was also told that if the truck was returned early I would be given a credit for early return. I did expect to be charged gas as I did not have time to fill to where it was when I left the rental location however I thought it would balance out with the credit from the early return. I was not aware that the rental was for 30 miles and the agent did not mention it even after I told her I had challenges with the app that morning
