The phone number on my contract was incorrect. The phone number at the location was for a persons cell phone , and the “voice mail was full “ . I would have had no clue where to park the truck had a man not been at another business in the building next door . He pointed out where they have people park .

Trailer was well constructed and sturdy. Good safety cables and hitch connection. Trailer lights connects seemed little worn. Clean trailer with no issues. Need to put some realistic speed limit on the fenders. No one is maxing out at 55mph. What is it really rated for?

Roger TThe wrong key was left in the uhaul. Had to call emergency number since this was an unmanned site. Owner came in and finally found correct key. I am highly irritated that I had to wait almost 2 hours while paying someone on standby to help me move. Also got home late because of this.
Robert JDid after-hour drop off and fairly easy. The fact it costs an additional $20 for A WORKER to inspect the truck the next day is hilarious because I mean what to they get paid for if they’re working at a Uhaul place. Interesting how the nickel and dining works.

Enjoyed reading the reviews, especially the one about the blood splattered truck delaying the rental as they had to wait for the previous renter to come clean it up... Customer service???

Geneva JWe ordered an appliance dolly and it was not in the truck. We waited over two hours for the truck and trailer we reserved the we pre registered for.
Andrew MArea leader Troy was rude and not helpful. Due to system errors and not knowing, it took almost an hour to just complete order for a tow dolly. Even did pre-check out steps prior to arriving on phone. This location is horrible.
Justin RRented from other Columbus locations without issues or waits. Very disappointed in this location. Arrived on time to pick up truck was told by Wes "looks like someone was slaughtered in the back of the truck, (person who rented before us) is on the way to clean truck" , truck bed appeared to have "blood" splattered in large area and running down side of bed of truck. Cab of truck was clean. Waited an 1 1/2 hours for prior renter to "clean truck", was told it was "fake blood". This made us 1 1/2 hours later beginning to move items in the rain. Disappointed in this location will not be renting from this location in the future. No information as to renting from another location was provided, was told would be given discount due to wait times and "fake blood" issue. No discount provided. Needed this size truck for move that day so we felt like we had no other options.

DAVID DWhen I showed up for pickup the attendant was not there. There was a sign on the door stating that they would be back in 20 minuets. An hour later, I was still outside in the 95 degree heat waiting. It was not until another business owner noticed me and called the U-Haul attendant that the person came back....after another 30 minutes. If I could give no stars I would.

SHAWN BI asked if we needed to do a walk around and was told that "I do walk arounds when trucks come in, so no." So when I opened the truck and started packing, I found dirty used bandaids, a dirty Q-tip, the far back area of the truck was full of black dirt. The cab had cigarettes and broken glass in the floor under the seats.

Wes GWorst experience in 20 years of using Uhaul. I will not use Uhaul again. Waited 50 min to rent a 5x8 trailer. Rep misrepresented my reservation details. Rep did not check trailer back in for 4 hrs resulting in an overdue notice from Uhaul. Rep refused to provide printed reeipt and did not email receipt until I called to complain 4 hours later. He was too busy talking and smoking outside with adjacent business employees.

David COnly problem I had is Uhaul's chain S hooks will not fit Chevrolet 2015 Silverado stock trailer hitch. The opening in the s hook is too small to fit the chain attach locations on the hitch.
