My issue is with Uhaul. 1st location we booked for 2 days and the place was locked and closed when we went to pick up. 2nd location charged us for extra time when we booked for 2 days as well. And actually brought it back at night. Gas stations were sadly all closed and I admit gas was needed. But not at the amount we were charged. That I disagree with. No communication at all. Unhappy with the whole process. Last time I use Uhaul.
