the van was dirty inside and out. not full of fuel. windshield wipers were shredded and the cargo light would not turn off

THOMAS FI filled up the van with gas. I have the receipt for the gas and was told that the tank did not read full. Don’t take me wrong. The staff and crew were wonderful. But I did fill the tank. I only drove about 30 miles.

DAVID BBoth Redd, and Charles, were extremely courteous, helpful, professional, even empathetic considering our circumstances needing the van. Both my wife, and I, are so grateful for the pleasant experience.
SCOTT CCouldn’t get the AC to work but upon returning the Representative got it going.
EDWARD CI didn’t have my cell phone with me and was told I could not rent without it. I asked, “If I only had a landline?” You could not rent was the response. I had already been to another u-haul store and they had no smaller trucks. Now I was being sent home to retrieve a phone. I think you should have an alternate method of rental without a cellphone. The employee became indignant when I responded in a sense of disbelief. “You can rent somewhere else.”
Benjamin LCharles, the manager there, is an amazing human being. He was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and represented UHaul in the best possible way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend renting from his location, and I'm typically not one to write commentary or recommendations. I wish customer service was like it was back in the day, but there are exceptions...namely Charles. Thank you for having such an incredibly warm and professional person like him. I truly appreciate it.
LOCKE PThey charged my card over $272 the day after I returned the van. They had no problem calling me to confirm when I was returning the van but FUNNY HOW they waited til the next day to run my card without contacting me!! Not one call so that let's me know they've done this to others!!

Michelle OThere was nothing that said I had to return the vehicle during certain hours. The change of location was inconvenient and I had to leave the truck outside the gate as I didn’t have a code to enter. This was a terrible experience.
Jesse SClean the vehicle. There was a leftover contract from a previous customer in the cab and pieces of broken glass in the cargo area.
MARK BThis was the third UHaul location i had to visit that had on hand the size truck I reserved. The first two, although a reservation was made at each, didn't have the 10x10 truck. So, this facility, for that simple fact, was a positive experience.
Scot HI did not actually receive my furniture dolly. My reservation was changed from a regular one to a truck share with no prior notice. People at the location were assholes. I put in my final return that I never got my furniture dolly and I was still charged for it.
