I couldn't find the HAZARD LIGHTS. If there are hazard lights it would be a good idea to make them more obvious. Otherwise, a great experience.
Joseph KThe lady who helped me get the rental was super sweet and made sure that I knew exactly when I need to be there to pick it up before she left since they did not do overnight pick up. When I picked up the van, it was really dirty and there was rat poop all over the back of the van. I had to ask her for a broom in order to Sweep it out. The seats were completely covered in dog fur and there was dog food in the seating area. They clearly knew that it smelled really bad because they had placed two scent smellers in the drink holders to make the van smell better.
Lupe ACustomer Service was very good, both on the phone and in person. Check out was a bit too time consuming. Van required maintenance per msg on dash. Van could have been cleaner.
Susan NMari was the best, she was so helpful and so pleasant to deal with. The down side for me was the maintenance on the van we rented. There were maintenance issues that were somewhat concerning. But overall, things went really well.

Joseph ZIt is unreasonable to have to submit a picture of the renter's driver's license by cell phone. There is no guarantee regarding the safety of transmission. It would be very easy to intercept that information. As a result, I may never rent from U-Haul again, unless this policy is terminated.

Daniel DI have rented before and have always been notified if my pick-up location changes because of equipment availability. This time, no. I went to my booked location, and the very kind woman there had to help find my reservation and locate where my truck actually was.

DENNIS C1) Truck was not in good working order. Brakes were very worn. 2) The online reservation, check in and out process was a nightmare. Did not receive a code to be able to obtain truck key. If it hadn't been for the wonderful employee of the storage facility I would never have gotten access to the truck. I paid in full the night before. 3) my major complaint was the site added on 3 items I did not request (pads, 2 types of dollies above the one I ordered) increasing my total $30.00 + tax. I edited those items off but I bet many people never even see the extra charges. It is a shameful, underhanded practice. The dolly I ordered and paid for was not available when I checked in, How ironic! I will not patronize this location again and will advise others not to either.

Bryan DTruck was not available at the time of reservation. It was not set up for 24/7 pickup. I had to wait until Store opened. Cab of truck smelled foul.

T RTruck bed had gless in it. Getting keys to truck was cumbersome. Checked in on line then at location asked for all the same information again and asked for secondary ID - should have asked for that before I arrived at location. Check in was much easier.
