RONALD PWas lied to about where to pick up my truck, was lied to about the price, was lied to about the time of my rental and when questioned at this location- was assured that what all I had to do to fix it was call the number and they would adjust the bill. Lies and more lies. Filing a complaint with bbb, NY state generals office and anyone else I can. Never again will I rent with u haul. Absolutely worst experience ever. Will be calling 1800 u haul again to try and get fixed but hold little chance that this will be resolved. Drop off location at Ron’s was amazing no issues with them.
Brittany SThese folks were super friendly and helpful. The driver's tire was only 10psi and I had to inflate it where I picked up my tile because it wasn't going anywhere with the tire that low. I did let them know when I dropped it off about the tire. I've been at other places that make you repeat your pre-pickup submissions with credit card and driver's license and these folks accepted everything I had in there which I GREATLY appreciated. More UHaul locations should be like this.
Amy M$520 for one day rental is absolutely ridiculous. I thought I would get a rebate after bringing it back three days early.

Maurice TThe woman at Four States Enterprise 5538 State Rte 67 Hoosick Falls NY 12090 was very helpful when the mobile check-in site was down. U-Haul setup was horrific. They moved the available pickup location all over. Then the 15’ truck I had reserved was not available. They offered a smaller or larger truck. I needed the 15’ so had to go with the larger size. I asked the U-haul customer service if they would be comping the price difference for this inconvenience. The woman quickly went “uh no, we can’t do that,” I stated the location and now the size of the truck has changed and this has been a complicated setup. She slams the phone down, puts me on hold with no warning, then comes back and says “they said they will do that.” Then the poor lady at the pickup location had to manually enter all of the information I had setup on the U-haul app since it was down. This pickup location 5/5 stars. U-Haul services 1/5 stars.
