Durwin LThere is another Uhaul rental location in the same town. Horrible experience there! But my experience at Frank Wilson's was fabulous. Very knowledgeable, helpful and easy. 100% recommended using Frank Wilson's!
LESLIE HOur price doubled once we went to pick up the truck, a 45 mile trip at $85 turned into a 30 mile trip at $160. I will be looking into other companies for my next rental need

Nicholas CI did Mobile Check-in, but the keys were not available. I went to get them inside and was told they were switching the truck because the truck I had was a one-way truck and I was moving in town and they preferred me taking the other truck instead. I quick realized why. The truck they gave me just minutes into the move had the check engine light on and the brake lights came on along with an annoying brake chime. I rolled down the windows and the brakes connection pin was squealing the whole ride, so the pads were worn down.
Aaron HDoesn’t seem like you can check out or check in a vehicle exclusively from the app at this location. Would love for this to be an option.

LARRY EBetter customer service. Rick made a comment I could leave my daughter there. I found this extremely inappropriate. Had I not had a scheduled mover waiting I would have walked out. My daughter is a grown 27 year old woman who was offended because y this. I was too. Can’t a person do business in a professional manner anymore.

Ismal SThe location was not an issue. However, it was supposed to be mobile check in. I read through emails, called a local store, called the 800 number, and wasnt able to pick up my truck until over 2 hours later. (Sat in the parking lot the whole time). Apparently their web site was down so they had to reset and we had to go into safari to open our reservation and "pick up my truck tab". When you are driving almost 3 hours one way to load up a room full of heavy furniture, and then driving back to unload and not leaving for 2 1/2 hours after your scheduled time left me for a long stressful day. In additon, when returning the truck, in the middle of the return, the app "froze up" for 15 minutes before I just gave up, returned the keys to the box and left. Perhaps inform the rental customers that there is an issue with the website/app before they are scheduled to pick up so they can call ahead of time to get further instructions; or, even better, have your team go ahead and reset the reservations so that when they pick up their truck, it will be ready.
