Easy in easy out.

I filled the gas ya know up to more miles than when I got it and they charged me $58 for fuel service fee when it was unnecessary. After I saw the charge in my account I went back and told them the charge was unnecessary and they didn’t help they just told me to call uhaul. I called uhaul customer service and was able to file a dispute and be refunded, but the guys at this location did not realize that I filled the tank back up and I was on time dropping it back off so there was no need for extra charges. I don’t recommend this location.

Everything was great! I asked for a bit more time for the rental because loading and unloading my recently deceased mother’s belongings took more time than was anticipated. The gentleman who assisted with the rental was very accommodating. Thank you for making a tough experience a little easier.

Service was above and beyond! Both this dealer and the employee at the State Street Ann Arbor location were amazing They helped us individually with every question and had a trailer ready for us even though we needed it a day early. I highly recommend this site in the Ann Arbor area for a seamless pickup.We were initially disappointed that U haul was sending to Detroit several hours later than we had reserved to pick up a small trailer. We received help from the State Street site in Ann Arbor, who were able to connect with the Yipsilante site. This saved the day!

There where no instructions on where to leave truck after hours. no drop off area.

No drop off area, app didn’t let me do a check in, and there only was a customer service rep on the phone to try and help me, she was great though
