I thought it was strange to have the gas get topped off at three quarters of the tank. Seems like an inaccurate measurement. The mileage is monitored and paid for by the mile. Maybe the gas should be as well. Just a comment. No complaints. Nice people and place.

price quoted on line $201.00 zip code to zip code email the next day wile in route $322.01 Pickup location could not log into U-haul site cause it was down so I did not receive actual price. I will not recommend to anyone, Penske or hertz would have been a better choice at that price.

This place was a really good experience. The owner was very very helpful and kind. I broke my mistake something in the trailer and he was very understanding. He explained everything very clearly before I left the first time. I will try to come back here again if there is availability.

We had reserved a 26' truck to be picked up in Hackettstown, NJ a few weeks prior. The day before pickup, we were informed the rental truck had to be picked up 2 hours later than scheduled at a place that was over 30 mins away. I had to then reschedule at this location in order to pick it up at a decent time (which was still 30 min later than planned), but this place was an hour away.

Not all fees were disclosed when rental reserved. Specifically the Domestic Security Fee and the Environmental Fee. Enterprise does not add these charges to rental rate. I did like the vehicle (cargo van). It had wall between cargo and seating areas, tie downs along wall and floor, and a floor covering Vehicle was in very good condition with low mileage..

Everything went smoothly. The guy working there is very friendly and helpful. Only issue might be the area with the UHaul equipment is little tight when there is a lot of equipment but manageable if you're comfortable maneuvering the equipment

The wait time for calling u haul, the 800 #, was challenging. Hopefully that was do to COVID with reduced customer service reps and mass exodus from city areas.

I've been renting U-Haul's for many years but this was my first time at this location. The pick up was fast and smooth. The attendant was very helpful and nice. Only reason I'm giving an average rating is because after receiving my final receipt (via email) I was charged the safe tow insurance which I had declined online. A quick call to U-Haul made it right but the additional charge was never discussed during the pick up and I wasn't asked if I consented to it. Other locations have asked if I wanted to waive it prior to printing out the contract but in this instance they did not. I assumed waving it online was sufficient, but I've come to learn that you have to do it in person as well.

Advise the time truck is due back instead of just saying the date. We would have taken the truck back the evening of August 1st instead of the afternoon of August 2 had we known the truck needed to be back by 8 am.

I am very disappointed that after having trouble with connection, and getting it resolved we were charged an extra day for two rentals. Spoke with customer service who told me they put in for a refund That manager needed to approve. Never got the follow up I was told I would get. After reaching out on Twitter Bob put additional notes on my account but I Still don't know about my refund.
