The rental rate that was supplied to me was fair. After arriving the the pick up location nearly $100 over paid of taxes and fees which is not explained or agreed upon. I was expecting to pay $900 total and ended up paying over $1300. An additional $400 more than expected. Stop telling customers their expected rates if you’re not to honor that specific rate. Very upset with U-Haul and there secretive fees and taxes.

They didn't help me put the trailer on my car , nor check to see if the brake lights worked, which they did not, the wire was frayed and didn't explain anything about the app that I was to take photos.
