taotasioatua lThis is my first time renting a vehicle from this location. Everything was good for me. But still one thing i want to add and that is if it is possible you can rent out the vehicle with full tank of gas instead of half tank and when getting back get a full tank back so customer dont have to worry about gas how far they going and coming back too. Its just a thought. Over all i had a good experiance and offcourse like i told to the lady at front desk i will be 1 of their regular customer and will be back again for sure.

justin sI wasted 35 mins trying to figure out how to get into the locked area where my truck was located. Called customer care and was hung up on twice. Finally got through qnd was told they were supposed to have sent me a text with the combination to get the key and access fob. Got to the truck andnthe dolly we had ordered was not inside. I will make sure to let friends know not to rent from this location.

I recommend taking a few extra minutes to drive over to this location… it’ll definitely be worth it. No long lines, No overworked irritated staff and AVAILABLE trucks!!!! John LI was charged more because my reservation was cancelled. I ended up paying more for the movers because I spent a half hour at this unstaffed location trying to get a new reservation. Then my truck had a gas leak smh

CHRIS SMY CARD WAS CHARGED 691.56 FOR A TRIP FRIM GRAHAM TO PORT ORCHARD. THE WRONG DESTINATION WAS ENTERED. EVERYTHING BOUNCED IN MY ACCOUNT. I BELIEVE THAT A MISTAKE OF THIS MAGNITUDE (MY REAL BILL WAS 148.00) SHOULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED SOONER THEN 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS. NO CALLS FROM HIGHER PERSONAL TO TALK TO ME OR ANYTHING. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY EXPERIENCE THIS TIME. I FEEL I SHOULD GET SOMETHING BESIDES MONEY REPLACED FOR ALL THE HASSLE THIS HAS COST MY FAMILY.

Privacy R | First ImpressionsPicked up the vehicle from the U-Haul facility. Drove it 5 miles and could smell oil burning from the engine compartment. Check the engine compartment and could see a large amount of oil throughout the engine compartment. Checked the oil cap filler cap and it was missing. The filler cap was resting inside the engine compartment located inside the right front wheel well. Because of this the engine oil level was low and we had to wait two hours for road side assistance. This pushed our 200 mile move back while we handle this. I will definitely be going with a different rental/moving company next time. Also because we didn't make it to the drop off location before they closed I didn't get reimbursed for the oil I had to buy so we can get back on the road.
