Horrible experience, the business is a dump and looks like it was abandoned with weeds growing all around the building and Al over the parking lot. After waiting fo about 5 mins an employee walked up and asked what we were retuning. I advised which truck and pointed out that the furniture pads and dolly were in the back of the truck. He started asking questions about the performance of truck and if there had been any issues. I advised him no. . After a long period of time the employee came back to where I was waiting, to tell me that I was under the allotted mileage and more fuel than required, but you were late so balance due was $154.00 I was shocked and advised him that I was a day late and the contract states $40.00 (which is what I was ready to pay. I asked again why it was so much and all he would say as you were late.repeatedly. I told him I wasn’t going to pay as he refused to look at the contract and saying I can’t do anything, this is what they say you owe. I asked if he had completed his check of the vehicle and he did that he can’t finish until it is paid. I said fine charge it to the card on file and asked him to provide written report that it was checked and no issues exited. He argued, why I wanted it..: I said because you are charging me $110 and I want to make sure I was covered when I tried to get charged for some other unrealistic charge. If I ever have the need rent a truck again it will be with

The guy that helped me out didn't know what he was doing he kept messing up when typing in the info into the computer he sent me to the wrong location to pick up the equipment it was a drop off only location then he sent me to another place that didn't have my equipment it was so much running around and unprofessionalism I was very disappointed and frustrated that day

The process took way to long to get truck, also no dolly was available. This location cost me almost an hour, and I still had to pick up an auto transport from a different location across the city, which cost me miles, gas and time.

This place was trash and in a scary location and no body at this location at all called the number and the man who answered the phone said he had no idea when he would be back to this location . The person sound to be ether drunk or on drugs and was very rude. I called U-Haul its self and you guys do not care . We have to put up with ctap customer service and take are own photos and have still have to pay that much . We will not use U-Haul again .

Pawn shop facility. Gentleman at counter was nice, but not the u-haul employee. We left the keys in a drop box, and the dolly in the back of the truck as per online instructions.

Not give them a truck with issues after customer voiced concern about issues. Causing the customer to become a full day behind schedule stuck in 100 degree plus weather with their children, while waiting for roadside.

The only issue I had was the right side lights were out which makes it a bit dangerous in a big city.

We went into Fred's Gun Emporium to return the vehicle and while he was happy to do this manually I mentioned I had downloaded the app. He showed me how to return the vehicle through the app and I completed it within minutes. Everyone has been so helpful! I am very pleased with the whole transaction from beginning to end!

Agent showed up very late for work and appointment. Truck was not ready. Truck had a filthy windshield, no washer fluid in it and the hood was not fastened down.

When I got on the truck the front mirror was really dirty. The ac was not working as it should. It took literally 20 min to work.
