The pick up location was 25 miles further than the pickup location that I scheduled I was then charged $50 for the extra miles. So even though the U-Haul representative was absolutely amazing the extra $50 charge made it not worth it.

Customer service was wonderful. I had a question right before the store close to do the hands free pick up and the guy who answered the phone walked me through everything I needed to know.
