ERIC HI struggled with the Uhaul app and mobile check-in (that process and app definitely needs some attention and refinement), but Roger at the Freeport West location saved the day and my experience. He was more than helpful throughout.

Kade MUhauls policy with gas fill ups is easily the dumbest policy I've encountered. The trucks should be required to be filled to fill. When I was told the truck as at half and to return it that way made my jaw drop. No where else has had a similar policy and I. My option is anti consumer. Trying to guess how much to fill is massive headache. Change this policy. I will be reporting this to my states attorney general as anti consumer. Policy like these only cause the front line employees to take angry customers over an easy change.

Wayne CI arrived during business hours but nobody was there. I ended up having to call to get ahold of an employee of the adjacent storage business who helped me return the equipment. Maybe the U-haul guy was out to lunch?

Darwin PAlignment on the truck was off. Driving around 50 mph would cause the truck to begin to fish tail. There were obvious issues with handling at lower speeds as well, im just surprised that Uhaul would allow a truck like that to even be rented out.
HAROLD GExplain how to hook-up and un-hook the trailer. We had to unhook the trailer by ourselves and had no idea how to, since it was hooked up for us at pick up
NATALEE HI want to say that this was the best customer service by far from any Uhaul facility I’ve experienced in the state of Utah. The gentleman that helped us at the Freeport Location was outstanding. He was top quality in his customer service. Friendly, helpful and made our rental experience very enjoyable. Thank you so much.

KIMBERLY LI’ve used U-Haul multiple time and have enjoyed the convenience, efficient check-out/in, and overall good customer service. Not one of those descriptions apply to this location. When checking out the truck, the service rep could not answer any questions about checking the vehicle in after hours. When I returned early, the same rep was equally in helpful. After checking my text I was able to work through checking in my vehicle. At that point I saw the final price and the rep had charged me for safe move, a dolly, and moving blankets. I received none of these items. They were not disclosed to me when I rented the vehicle. When I asked the rep about this he told me I needed to call another UHaul dealership to get it fixed. When I called them that said that they had nothing to do with the Freeport location. They recommend that I call 1800UHaul. Have been sitting on hold for 45 minutes. This has been the worst Experience I’ve had with UHaul. Clearly this is a location problem. I would highly recommended avoiding this location. Update: Finally got someone at national to care. They sent a message to the regional rep. He reversed half of the false charges and called it good without talking to me..... Horrible experience all the way around.
