THE BEST IN MIAMI
Susana CI ordered a Dolly and Pads and they were not available. The truck was not running smoothly, maybe the transmission needs to be checked and the latch was very difficult to close.Also the truck was only a quarter in gas.

Manjunath RMy reservation wasn't available. I had to go somewhere else. You kept on hold forever to do it. Your self service app is awful. I could make a list of why I hate it. The fuel service fee is nothing more than a crime. I was never told about it. I was told you charged 89 cents a mile. Nothing having to put fuel in it. It was below a 1/4 of tank when I picked it up. You're guessing about how much fuel I used because you obviously don't put fuel in them before renting them out. What was I supposed to do, fill it up? Were you going to pay me for the excess gas I'd put in? You are below contempt.

ROBERTO BThis location failed to set up the Ride Share 24/7 for my pick up time. I was not able to pick up my truck as the app didn’t offer the option to proceed with picking up my truck. I was left stranded at 6 am with no truck for my scheduled moving day.

Belsys PThe van I received was infested with roaches. I was catering an event and when I got to the event most of my boxes were full of roaches which forced me to cancel the event and forfeit the deposit I had received. It was beyond disgusting. Freeway Towing has to make sure that the vehicles they are giving paying customers are clean, including no bugs or roaches. I will also be calling to file a complaint when I have time.

Carlos DThis location ended up fine, but we had to go to two other locations before finally finding what we ordered here. Frankly, that is completely unacceptable. The whole premise of this business is we pay you for a truck to be picked up at a certain location. It is your responsibility to have enough trucks at each location to provide your customers with what they have paid for. Our experience with U-Haul was absolutely terrible and we wasted our time, money, and gas because you all weren’t upholding your end of the bargain.

Emiliz KMake sure location has rental equipment in stock prior to listing it on the website. I rented a furniture dolly and paid for in advance, but the equipment was not available at pick up, causing a major inconvenience and additional cost.
Christian RI used the technology interface and it was seamless. I had not rented a uhaul in quite some time, so I found the new technological approach to be efficient and effective.

Elio GThe truck has a problem with the steering wheel. It has "loose" direction. Somebody with less experience driving, could have a problem driving this unit.

CLARA SNobody was at the location, even though their front door said they were open. WE had to call U-Haul to get help and lockbox code. The equipment we ordered was also not inside the truck.

Jonathan LElliot at Freeway is a great guy, he’s very responsive and prompt in handling the rental. I’d highly recommend anyone in this area to use Freeway Towing location for Uhaul rental needs.

MIRNA AI paid more than I expected because the guy never asked me about the insurance, but he decided charge it anyway. I saw in my voucher after all.
MARIA BWe were unable to get a hold of anyone all day, we were instructed to contact them once we arrived in Miami. We were also not informed by the Miami office scheduler when we rescheduled our dropoff location in Miami that this location was closed on Mondays. We were there, called four time and there was no drop box on the door that we could find. I finally reached someone who was rude and bothered. He told us to leave the keys in the truck. We were parked outside down the road from the Uhaul, the only available spot for us to park the truck and tow. We left the key inside and after leaving with an Uber driver had him take us back to the shop. We were worried that we would be responsible if someone stole the truck and tow. We immediately contacted uphaul and they informed us that we would have to pay for a lock smith. We are very upset to say the least. He was going to pass our concerns to uphaul supervision and someone was going to contact us. We have not been called or contacted.

No entiendo porque me pusieron un fee de gasolina en el invoice, si yo antes de entregarlo le puse gasolina (lo que solamente usé durante el viaje) o sea yo lleno gasto mi dinero y todavia la compañía freeway me cobras más, lo siento pero yo no vuelvo a tomar sus servicios y tampoco lo recomendaría por mi mala experiencia. Que mal se ve que quieran hacer lo vivos y querer sacar más diner al cliente.
