Tabitha RShadiest U-Haul experience so far. I’ve rented through the app and it seems somehow after I choose not to pay for the insurance my reservation was changed to pay for the insurance. Usually I input the details like how many miles I think I’ll be driving but this time it looks like someone filled it out for me on there end and made it so I would pay the insurance. The pick up process was no smooth and had to wait until someone would respond and explain how to get to the truck and find the keys. I then messaged the person about my reservation being CC anger to pay for the insurance and he said we’d deal with it tomorrow. I’ve messaged him 2 days in a row and he’s ignoring my messages. SHADY BUSINESS. I don’t recommend.
ANTHONY AGood dealer. never had issues with them. the owner javier (very young guy) (could be my grandson) always calls me after each rental to check on me. Went a few times to rent and he was not there so i didnt rent. proceeded to another dealer at postal center instead. that's how dedicated i am to them. LOVE
CARLOS MPerfect pre pick-up routine. love them. rented safely many times. They have somewhat an informal style of renting but it works and it is super efficient for my wife with our quick and spontaneous trips.
Kadir AHad to move on short notice and this location came through(5th time booking). Booking was straightforward and they had the size truck I needed, which isn’t always a given since they're mostly always booked out. When I got there, the wait was longer than I’d like. Felt like they were a bit understaffed. Only 1 employee had arrived at the time because i was there a little before opening hours. Not the end of the world, but if you’re on a schedule, definitely budget some extra time. The truck itself was solid. Clean cab, no warning lights, brakes felt good. Basically, no complaints where it counts. They also had some last-minute supplies I forgot to grab, which was a lifesaver.Returning the truck was quick and painless. Key drop always simple and I got confirmation early the next day. Not a flawless experience, but definitely dependable. Would use them again. be prepared to be showered with random love from the jamaicans that work there :). The owner is jamaican with them too! Cool peoples
Avgoustinos SEXCEPTIONAL SERVICE BEYOND EXPECTATIONS! my experience at this U-Haul location, owned by Mr. Jhevere Campbell, deserves major recognition. From start to finish, the service was *top-tier* efficient, courteous, and genuinely customer-first. Campbell went above and beyond: after returning the truck, I realized (too late) that I had locked my car key inside my vehicle. Total facepalm moment. Without hesitation, Campbell jumped into action after stating he was in a whole different country. He didn’t just call and check one me, he called a locksmith, stayed with me on the phone through the wait, and *personally* covered the cost of the service. Out of his own pocket. about a $120 serbice from the locksmith. That kind of integrity and kindness is *rare*. he turned a stressful moment into a reminder that real customer care still exists. If you’re looking for a U-Haul location that delivers five-star service with genuine human decency, this is the spot. I’ll be back and I’m telling everyone I know. thanks to mr singh for speedy rental process to get truck.

javier bThis specific location Freight Trees 12361 SW 128th Ct Unit 205 parked the truck a block away from the address and the truck was parked in the street no where near the establishment. No business indicators were present and no heads up was given. During the return process, the app said to park the truck where you picked it up from so I did just that. The next day received a phone call from a random guy who did not introduce himself nor tell me he was apart of U-Haul. He proceeded to tell me the truck was not at the destination and said if I did not return the truck he was going to report the truck stolen. I told him I parked it where I found it. After explaining myself and the situation he told me if I spoke English or Spanish because I’m not getting what he’s saying when I was speaking perfect English and English is my only language. I continuously told him the truck is where they parked it and he continuously disagreed, so I drove more then an hour back to the pick up location and the truck was where they parked it and I dropped it off, a block away from the actual location listed on the app. I told him to meet me at the truck because I don’t know where they want me to park it, he said no and continued to say he was going to call the cops. So I parked my personal vehicle took a picture of where they left it originally and I left it after use. Asked him where they want the vehicle and he told me 12361 SW 128th CT which is a street filled with buildings and full of garages, no U-haul signs nor similar business indications were present on this street. So drove the vehicle back to the specific suite listed on the site which is a block away from where I parked it originally and left it there, proceeded with the check out again and got charged for an extra day of use. Absolutely zero costumer service, unprofessional, and no communication whatsoever.
