I reachee out to you when I picked up the truck as the $48 of furniture pads weren't in the truck, nor did the dealer have any on hand. I asked if I could pick up from another dealer, and no one ever responded to me! Guessing you won't to this eiether as it's computer-generated and probably never read by a person. The St. Louis drop off dealer tried to get a credit back and even he couldn't get the system to work. I WANT MY REFUND!!!

The UHaul rental agent was not there in person to check us in. He was contacted by cellphone by the auto mechanic. He took pictures of my ID, my brother in law 's ID and my credit card, all of which is now on the mechanics and UHaul agent on their phones. UHaul then ended up charging a different credit card that I had used to reserve thetruck.
KYLE DThis guy is not a good guy, I took the from him I drove the truck 25 miles he said I drive 119 miles. I got the at 2:46 pm and bring it back at 6:39 he said I was bringing back the next day. How someone can drive 119 miles back and forward in less than 4 hours? This is a scammer be careful with him!
