ELIZABETH BI rented a truck from one location and they accidentally booked the truck from a location 5 miles away. The lady that was at the location I picked up the truck from was a cunt. Very rude and I will never rent from them again.

CASSANDRA FAt pick-up, the information I was given about the amount of gas the vehicle needed when returned was inconsistent with what I was told when I dropped the vehicle off. I picked the truck up with 1/8 tank of gas, and was told by employees to return the vehicle with that much gas.

John AMy Reservation stated my Truck was at at the main U-Haul location in town so that's where I went to pick it up. My Ride had other errands to run so I was dropped off. My Truck was actually at a "satellite" rental location, requiring me to hire an Uber at my expense to get there. Not happy about that...

Cristian RThe car trailer was outdated and had come in only a few minutes before my reservation time. The trailer had a leaky master cylinder so the brake was partially engaged the whole time I was towing. I wondered why my mpgs were terrible compared to towing my 43ft 12,000lb 5th wheel. This car trailer cost me ~$100 more in diesel than it should have. The location I picked the trailer up from and returned was full of very professional and friendly people. I give them 5/5 stars. The trailer that was reserved for me by the u-haul system I give 1/5 stars. The trailer had some other issues as well that were documented at the drop off location.

Robert TBeyond Poor customer service. Offered a free 4’x6’ trailer to tow behind and when went to pick up they cancelled it. Front desk gal seamed very annoyed she had to help us. She acted as though we were intrusive and very bothered by us.

Red CMy overall experience with this location was good. My only concern was that when I picked up the trailer the individuals who connected to my vehicle did not tighten the trailer hitch to my vehicle. The chains, and lights were hooked up, but the ball was loose. I left the location and towed the trailer home(6 miles) and before leaving my home double checked and found the trailer to only be sitting on the ball hitch. This was unsettling. I have towed trailers before and know to check did I miss a potentially dangerous circumstance. Please be sure to train associates better so that this situation doesn’t happen again.

THEODORE HWe had thee BEST experience with the staff AND truck at Friendly Automotive on South 1st. The truck was actually comfortable (which shocked me) and did fantastic I’m the snow and slush. Windshield wipers even worked better than my personal truck. All of the accessories were also attached inside the truck in case we needed them like a dolly and blankets. That wasn’t the case in years past. Great job!
MELISSA BOn line reservation is a joke. It let's you believe that you have reserved the truck/trailer at the location you chose. But in reality they do not have it there. But they will call you hours later and tell you the closest truck/trailer is 70 miles away.

adefemi aThis facility was ok. The covid19 procedure in place for the customers did not afford conversation about check out and equipment like normal. There were only check in on app and text/ email communications about the truck. I was unable to see the attached copy of the agreement due to my phone.
Michelle HI return the truck I asked the attendant to inspect the truck make sure its good clean conditions and asked fo r final invoice he said they will email me later , I received the invoice and saw $10.00 clean up I believe its just not right we did not inspect the truck together and he charged me extra $10.00
Sandor IRep gave me location of drop off which was already closed even though I got there on time. Then I was given after hours drop off instructions. The app did not work at all. I was also not told there was a fee for after hours drop off. Horrible experience over all.

Joseph KMore parking for customers, UHaul also needs to update its computer network, penny wise ,dollar foolish,old saying. Your system over charged me and this time I was charged the right amount ,but today I see UHaul withdrew more money from my account. No warning receit,email nothing!

Bill SWhen we were rerouted to this location, after the prior staff gave us a location that stopped accepting uhaul trucks for over a year, this location was friendly, and helpful. The staff helped us with directions and assisted in return of a truck in what was otherwise a horrible uhaul experience.

Hailey BI booked a truck at the location near my home and near where I was moving the items. When I went in to pick up truck I was told it was at their downtown location. I then had to go there to pick up and had to pay .89 per mile for and extra 15 or so miles. Not a big thing but not very customer friendly,either.
JIM PUhaul was very helpful. It was the managers at the pick up facility that didn't know anything and they were so rude when they had to refund a portion of my money. Waited for a call back for hours. When I did get through, Damion was extremely rude and said he didn't have time to talk to me because he was busy with other customers. Would not recommend to anyone.
felicia gI was not told ahead of time that my debit card would be double charged. Unfortunately I did not have enough money in my account. The process needs to change when a debit is made. Then Uhaul would not release the hold the same day.

randy sWell after they hooked my trailer up. I’m driving 60mph ..... the trailer came off the ball and slammed into my truck. Then the drop off address did not exist. Horrible to say the least.
