The online process is horrible, barely works, still had to be on the phone for 30 minutes trying to get our already rented U-Haul. We reserved a 10’ U-Haul from a specific location that was supposedly open so we did t have to mess with online stuff going wrong; day before we got a call from U-Haul changing the location and changing our reservation to online. When we arrived to get our truck we got a msg that we needed to call. We were told to go to another location because we wanted to return the truck at the location we were moving to, which we said forget it we’ll return the truck to the same location we were getting it from even tho it was an extra drive for us. The online process took us 35 minutes to finish. This whole procedure was horrible and I won’t use U-Haul again.

As there was no one onsite to answer questions and the cashier in the store was very rude when I stated I was here for uhaul, I had to figure out on my own how to do all the rental work via an app as if I worked for uhaul. Sad to see uhaul is cutting jobs in my area making it a poor customer experience, without any discount for the customer now having to do the job of an employee to rent and return the rental, wasted 20 mins of my time.

Lindsey Sclerk clearly cant do simple math when it comes to mileage which makes me question the shady stuff they have going on with calculating mileage along with the items they sell in their store. I would never recommend that uhaul or even to get gas from. Terrible

Alan RI had to go to another UHaul location to have my truck rental completed. No Dolly or Blankets, Wrong Key Number compared to the Truck, Wrong (and overstated) mileage, Wrong (and overstated) fuel levels, and no printed contract. Thankfully Jessica Tait, General Manager Store # 948061 saved the day!
