You should pull the app from the app store until you get the bugs worked out. Have you looked at the ratings and issues on the Google Play Store? It kept crashing on both my phone and my friend's. Customer service by phone was a 25-minute estimated wait and my pick-up location was closed. We had to wait 30-minutes for the store to open.Ronald R.

We booked our reservation at this location and it was confirmed. The day of pick-up we received a new confirmation email saying we were booked at the Main St. location! Fortunately Friendly Grocer called Uhaul to switch the reservation back to his location. Not happy that Uhaul changed it in the first place.Susan S.

For a second time in a row with 1 month in between, the Van than was rented had one of the lateral mirrors broken. The van was handled with an almost empty tank, gargabe inside and bad mantained asset. The only thing possitive about my experience is the service. I had to accept a van that had a smashed lateral mirror because there was no other one. Also, gas was not full and lost me time having to refuel it since the beginning. The app NEVER WORKED!! It got stucked when loading the first picture.Alejandro A.

Just make sure you take a pic of your km and gas level because our guy didn't check anything on the van before we left and if there are any discrepancies you will have the proof for yourself. Not that anything was wrong with this but for people that havnt used uhaul or whateverNicholas K.
better parking spots in the back of the store for the Uhaul van because it was very narrow and parking was limited.Marco M.
For starters, there was two reservations on the same truck (myself and another customer). The other customer did not want to go to another location to pick up the truck, so I said my reservation could be moved. We all seemed to be in understanding, and my reservation was moved to the Main Street location. Then, I was given the key for the truck at this location. I declined extra insurance. No walk-through was given to identify any pre-existing damage. The fuel level was considerably lower than what was marked on the reservation. I also never received any of the associated paperwork that stated my kilometer and day allowance. This was a very confusing, stressful and unprofessional pick-up. The only positive was that the truck was quite clean.Sarah S.

Parking can be tight if there more more than 4 trucks. The mobile phone check-in and return mobile phone process requires more time than expected -30 to 40 minutes combined. There was no lock box on the vehicle I rented. The key was in the cargo bay, only accessible once the agent gave the code for its padlockBrian M.

Passenger turn signal was burned out. Gas tank was only half full. Agent was terrific, but he had to call in to U-Haul because they overcharged me by $20 for mileage (they charged me $48, based on the miles rate of $0.79 instead of the kilometers rate of $0.49. We live in Canada for crying out loud - it's a metric society, and really not that complicated).Mike M.

Parking was very dark and also trucks were parked tight together so vehicle inspection was not an option. After i was given key code, i had a very hard time getting into the vehicle as it was parked tight on driver side and passenger side was an inch away from railing. Fortunately i managed to squeeze in after several attempts and removing contents from my pockets.Amyn J.
