Maintain equipment Trailer had damaged leaf springs that totally failed sometime during my 2100 mi trip! Could have caused a serious wreck resulting in multiple lawsuits Close to a $1000. Rental of wore out junk equipment!

I like UHaul equipment. It is rugged and well kept. I was not that crazy about the small store. I signed up for equipment at a large store but was redirected to this store which is a tiny spot on an industrial strip mall with no yard.

Truck jerked very hard when shifting. My furniture fell when this happened. Told the clerk at checkout and he was aware of it and said it was still fine for local use.

AJ billed me $20 for fuel when I put gas in before dropping off this vehicle. Totally unacceptable and I need to be refunded that fuel. I am NOT paying for fuel twice.

This place is ridiculous over charges you ! They ran my credit card the day of the rental they advice me they wouldn't charge me until the next day that u turn the U-Haul in . I checked my bank account & they had charged me . I had the owner call 3 cosecutive times the next day after I turned in the Uhaul the same day telling me that he needed my card info thru the phone to run my payment . The settlement meant for the rental was $110 now his charger me more what a JOKE !! DONT COME HERE DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!!!

The seemed to be only one worker which is bad for customer service. It was also messy inside. When i mentioned the broken speedometer, he didn't seem to care. Due to bad service and faulty equipment i will not rent from uhaul again.

Service when I arrived was good. My only complaint is that I signed up for quick check out, but it didn't work, so my info was then given out a second time. I don't blame the Saco Rd. business...the quick check out technology failed on my phone. It wasn't the phone.

Vehicle was scheduled for 8am, changed to 12:12pm, I had to change to 9:30am. Interfered with plans for help in moving furniture. Attendant was very slow. Odometer showed 4850 miles, when I checked out, he said that it showed 4846 miles. This was wrong and he argued with me. Contract showed 4850 miles, while this is minor, it just shows quality of service.

Office was dirty and gross. Waited forever to speak with anyone, and there were no other customers. The man who rented the Uhaul to me lied and said there is a 24 hr drop off where I was going.

Demonstrate even a basic level of competency. I made a reservation, and I was the only customer there and it took an hour to check out the truck. I got a call the next day two hours before my rental time was up and was told "I had to take the truck back NOW." I said "the contract says 12:45" and the gentleman said "that's wrong, it's 11:30". What happened was that they had double reserved the truck and were now lying to me trying to get me to turn it in early so they could give it to the next person. I've used u-haul many times with no problems. This was one of the worst customer service episodes I've EVER dealt with.

There is no sign at this business stating "Friendly Moving" anywhere. So, I had to drive around and finally call the help desk who didnt even know where the place was. Thankfully, I saw a Uhaul truck parked on the side of a business and was able to locate it. However, all the driving in circles trying to find this place left the gas a "hair" off of the 1/4 tank required by Uhaul to return vehicle. Now if I hadn't been driving around in circles looking for this "dump" ( you would be embarrassed to have a contract with this place), then I wouldn't of had to leave and put in $10.00 so that I wouldn't get charged $30.00! Rediculous! Not to mention the guy was a complete prick. You have lost a customer in me.......

When i first picked up the trck we went to verify mileage. He said i had the key, when i didnt and he insisted that i took it from him. It took me dumping all my pockets for him to believe me, as he was very rude. We went inside and the key was on his side of the counter by his keyboard. No apology. Furthermore, when AJ, the worker, was not available at the time he said i could drop off the vehicle, i was thrown pretty off guard. I had to call the traffic center and Joanna instructed me to leave the truck there. His phone that was the number posted on the door was off and i could not get a hold of him for 3 hours. He finally called me, and asked why i left it. I said because he was unreliable, and i did as i was instructed by Uhaul themselves. What a disgrace. The office is dirty, full of cobwebs and trash. I should not have to move rolls of toilet paper over in order to sit down in the lobby. I feel my experience does not reflect uhaul as a company, but the renter company uhaul authorizes to be the face of uhaul, is a disgrace.

Does not have the selection that the bigger stores have. It had what i needed. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Don't make them wait 40 minutes after they already used express check in. Don't overcharge mileage because you had wrong info for starting miles. When called we were hung up on and still have not gotten a call back. Very dissatisfied with the rental.

I would drive out of my way to avoid utilizing this location, regardless of any additional cost. The individual that assisted, AJ Kabberwal, was rude and unprofessional, and condescending. He was very slow to check us back in on returning the vehicle, this should have only taken twenty mnutes most not over an hour. He did not know how to return our vehicle on the computer ( He telephone someone while we stood waiting). He was distracted, although we were the only one at the facility, He will nickel and dime you to death. I will post online not to utilize this location at all costs! Renter Beware.

I was very pleased with your U-haul dealer/Agent service. However you should also ask your customers to evaluate your partner (movinghelp.com). I found their local agent very unprofessional and unreliable. Even Moverhelp.com in their e-mail to me where they ask for my review, but actually they are not allowing my review. The hyperlink of "place your review now" in their e-mail, does not work. That is how they are denying me from submitting my review.

It seemed pretty pricey. My $20 rental turned into $60. 99 cents a mile seems pretty high. I have a high brand recognition with Uhaul and that is why it was my first choice. Next time I will shop around before I go to store to get a truck. Budget truck charges only 25 cents per mile but a higher up front cost for the truck. However, I would have paid about the same for their vehicle based on the 27 miles I drove in your vehicle. I will be needing a truck again in a couple of weeks and between their discounts and their mileage rate they will be the better choice. And, there are many more choices for me besides you and Budget.

The gas tank was losing fuel. I feel that I added gsa on my move when it wasn't needed. When I tried to add the gas it spilled out the bottom because of a gash or rip or something...unrelated to an accident.
