She was rude and made us get the dolly’s that I paid for and the truck was dirty. Not happy at all

Dennis FI reserved at the U-HAUL storage facility where all of my things to move were. The location changed despite reserving super early. Just required extra work. And unnecessary trips to the storage facility. I specifically requested counter checkout because I like to talk directly to a person. The mobile checkout was cumbersom, annoying, and took too long

Dennis FThe utility trailer was advertised as 6’x12’ which was perfect size for the utv I had to move. Unfortunately after I drove an hour to the location I opened the gate to trailer to load utv and discovered gate opening was not as wide as trailer and I could not load utv… I had to take trailer back to rental location (another hour wasted on driving… to try and swap trailer for larger… they offered no straight swap, no discount for poorly advertised equipment… so I had to pay for two trailers and spent over 4 hours on road which should have only took two hours. Renters beware… they are not upfront with dimensions and you will be given no discounts for miscalculated measurements. Poorly advertised, and “0” customer satisfaction…

TAMMY LOrdered a trailer that ended up to be too small for my load. Friends made it easy to upgrade to the next size up trailer. I would recommend renting from them again.
