When I went to rent the uhaul the young girl had no knowledge whatsoever about what was going on. She had to call her manage who my spouse asked to speak with because she seemed confused. When we went to inspect the truck we looked at two different trucks and both had people’s belongings in the back still. Due to the fact that we were really needing to move and on a time schedule we still decided to use the truck and ended up taking the things out the back. The truck was filthy. There was no gas upon driving off the premises. We had to put gas to move and upon return. The manager promised all sorts of discounts to me and I didn’t get anything. Just ended up paying more money. Never again will I rent from here!

No estaba la persona Encargada de entregar el camión lo hizo por teléfono lo que no me parece ya que yo había echo una reservación para las 7 AM y me lo dieron a las 10 AM por otro lado cuando lo fui a devolver en la otra locación no había ningún lugar en donde dejar la llave y tuve que volver al otro día para entregarla..

This location is absolutely horrible. They rented a truck to me with a busted side mirror and then they had to switch the truck out. It took them an entire hour to do so. Upon return of the truck the person working the desk did not speak any English and could not produce a receipt. Once they emailed me the receipt they overcharged me. They charged me for two days and I only had the truck for one day. They gave me a truck with no gas and I had to put gas in the truck. This was an absolute disaster. No one answers the phone at the business location and I have been calling the owner and he has yet to correct this issue. I am super pissed and I want this issue resolved ASAP. I keep calling U-Haul and the wait time has been so long. What is going on here???

The app did not work well at times. The photo function locked up several times. When I asked for assistance thru the chat feature, no one ever responded. I called customer service because I was having difficulties and after my initial conversation with an agent, I was transferred without warning. My biggest problem is that I could not figure out where the office was. It was not clearly marked. There was not a U-Haul logo on the door or window. The was a lot of writing in Spanish, but I don't speak Spanish so it did not help. Once I figured out that the office share space with an eatery, I entered and was directed to a lady who could not speak English. There some challenges on the return as well.

I made a reservation in the first days of May 2019. When I got to the uhaul location to pick up the truck supposedly the truck I had reserved had been stolen. They told me this after they had already swiped my card and I already had a hold on my account for $70. They told me they would give me another truck but that they had to swipe again. So they ended up putting two holds on my account. They told me they would credit one back within 3-5 days. The second issue came when I returned the truck with only 13 miles of having to use it. Literally only 13 miles and they wanted to charge me $30 dollar of gas. Thankfully they already refunded that but it took a week of calling to get that money back. And now my third issue is that they haven’t refunded the first transaction that was done of $70 for a truck that was ‘stolen’ and I never used. I have been calling for over a month and they always say they will put the refund request and nothing. This had never happened to me with them, but it’s honestly frustrating and annoying that they can’t resolve the issue like they keep saying they will.

They charged me for Gas when the truck was 1/4 of tank.. I told the dealer twice that what says in the contract was wrong.. I have the proof, I took pictures of the dash... The stole me.

Although the staff was friendly, I was told that I could not decline the Insurance coverage. I've rented Uhaul equipment in the past and I've never been told that. I had no other options at the time so I agreed to accept. I would be hesitant about renting from this location in the future.

Staff was in organized and not ready to do business at the location opening time. Did not speak English and couldn't answer questions. Delayed my work by 30 minutes while I had paid helpers standing around. The truck was not clean. Empty water bottles and papers in the cab and the cargo area had not been swept out. In contrast the location in sunrise where I returned the truck was very professional and had me on my way in minutes.

Nice truck and inicial customer service BUT after I rented problems started: I was overcharged, they never told the time they close and charged me until the next day and I didn't use the truck. When I called, the manager promised me a refund but I'm still waiting 30 days ago.

The location was unable to provide documentation on time due to network problems and online printing machine. They were very nice but the service was just not aceptable. Because of delay on getting the truck I have to go back home (in Fort Pierce) and return today to get the truck and finish my task. I drove back home and return spending another $45 just in gasoline. Please provide some compensation.
