This location is very hard to find and almost impossible to find a place to park the truck.

I had another 54 some odd dollars taken out of my account AFTER the truck was delivered on time and with more gas in it than it had. Plus the 100. 00 hold on my account. This has NOT mad me happy at all.

Online reservation system is absolutely horrible. Stupidest app I have ever used. Needed to confirm a secondary person? Why not make that know before trying to reach someone who was unaware. Truck parked a block from office. I'll never do that again

Truck dropped off at wrong location near Tazewell, VA (Claypool) rather than Princeton, WV. The following day we had to wait until Office opened to get keys and authorization to continue on to Princeton, causing extra day charge and fuel service. The computer locator should have reflected date U-Haul had control of truck May 28 rather than 29th. My bank account has been tied up for for 5-7 business days. Not easy to recover from due to other expenses already paid out on 6/1/19 by my bank.

The service was polite. I was explained the situations and such in a timely and respectful manner. However. The location to go pick up the keys is ridiculous. There is nowhere to park because of the multitude of cars already parked to be worked on. And worst of all, I'm pretty sure they tried to scam me into giving them more money. I turned my U-haul in on time, on the same day. However, they wrote on my receipt that I turned it in two days later and charged me an extra $35. Would not recommend.

it wasn't Frontline or VGA fault. The trailer was from I think 1980 or so. the main company should have taken it off the road. thanks for the service Frontline and VGA.

I had to drive nearly 60 miles to pick up my truck. Uhaul did give me an extra 60 miles though. Other than this inconvenience of going out of my way, it was a good thing

We originally rented the truck at A location at the bottom of the hill from where we were staying which was perfect. At the last minute I received a phone call stating I would have to come 20 minutes out of my wayto pick up my truck , Making me have to go up there and then back which put me almost an hour behind my schedule. Then they asked me if I would go 20 minutes out of my way on my other in to return the truck to a destination I had not planned. They said they would knock $50 off the bill but after gas and mileage that was no discount for me it was just an inconvenience which really irritated me. Expected they would at least throw in a dolly for my inconvenience but they charged me $12 for the dolly as well. Upon arrival my truck was two lots down I had to walk across the highway to pick it up. It was 20 minutes out of my waywhich through my whole schedule because I had paid packing people waiting for the truck to load it up. I am paying these people by the hour so it cost me extra money there as well not only the extra mileage and gas to go out of my way to pick this truck up at a location I had not agreed uponI was an hour late getting to my location where everyone was waiting for me. When we tried to pull the ramp down we found that it was broken so my husband spent another hour trying to get the ramp to release so that we could use it because we had a 20 foot truck which had about a 3 foot drop which would've been impossible to get the heavy furniture in without the ramp. originally I was sent to Bluefield location for pick-up and no one was there and would not answer calls. I called where I contracted for the U-Haul and they sent me to frontline in Princeton which was much better.
