donna E.Truck dropped off at wrong location near Tazewell, VA (Claypool) rather than Princeton, WV. The following day we had to wait until Office opened to get keys and authorization to continue on to Princeton, causing extra day charge and fuel service. The computer locator should have reflected date U-Haul had control of truck May 28 rather than 29th. My bank account has been tied up for for 5-7 business days. Not easy to recover from due to other expenses already paid out on 6/1/19 by my bank.

There is nowhere to park because of the multitude of cars already parked to be worked on. And worst of all, I'm pretty sure they tried to scam me into giving them more money. I turned my U-haul in on time, on the same day. However, they wrote on my receipt that I turned it in two days later and charged me an extra $35. Would not recommend.
