I was asked to change locations from a U-Haul office to this gas station (they never told me it wasn't a regular U-Haul). The process was confusing and we had to reach out to be able to get into the key box. I would never do that again. Also, I was told I would get a $50 credit for changing locations which I did not receive. It took us 40 minutes to get through the pick up process. I have never had a problem in the past with the Uhaul location in Medford. Also, there was a bad smell on the passenger seat which we clean up
