I originally made my reservation at a different location off of Florence and Avalon. When I arrived, they had moved my reservation to a location that was 25 miles in the opposite direction of even my moving location so from dropping off and picking up that adds 50 extra miles, and the person that I spoke to offered no courtesy matter fact, it was horrible communication because when I got to the next location, they didn't have my reservation it was moved again. This cost me to be two hours behind schedule. I would say the only thing good about this particular experience was the lady that worked at the facility other than that the gentleman that I spoke to had no empathy of my concerns and miscommunicated my return hours. In the past renting from the location that I originally reserved, I've never had problems such as this the fact that I'm being charged for the 50 extra miles meaning the 25 there and back should be removed given the location of my original reservation.

Google charge my dad 211 fraudulently added insurance then when we asked about it when we dropped the vehicle off her boyfriend came and threading this was a gun

Had to go 3 places to get the truck I reserved because the 20 footer wouldn't start and was force to take the 15 footer had to have family and friends help me put some of my moving stuff in there cars I'm happy now I was helping my 76 year old mom move and her heart was hurting because of the overwhelming stress worry because she thought I was getting the 15 footer be least we got everything done she in her new place we return the truck full tang and now damage was done ✔️

Everything was Great . Everything was fast and easy . I just had a little trouble finding the place but all was great after that .
