TRAVIS GI received a text from Uhaul stating that I hadn't returned my equipment and I was being charged late fees, even though I had returned the equipment three days before on the day I was supposed to. I spoke to a Uhaul representative and she was going to contact the place I delivered the equipment. I am waiting for someone to call me back to have charges removed from my credit card. Horrible experience. Very disappointed.

Dave PThe truck was leaking power steering fluid upon arrival at the pickup location. The gentlemen working there were very kind and attempted to fix the leak. They worked quickly and kept us posted on what they were doing. The leak was not their fault at all so we don’t blame them, but it would have been nice if whoever had sent the truck had found it first.
