The main issue was the uhaul app would not work everything else was good.Picking up the uhaul and dropping off the vehicle. The GPS would not work locating the van. We used two different phones and finally had to go through the website that was also having issues then finally worked.

Gerald RIn Uhaul site while choosing the movinghelp, the option to choose timing always defaults to evening. It’s not allowing our selection or not showing any alert if that slot is occupied. It created unnecessary delay in my movement.

Mohsen SThis location was friendly and had easy pickup / drop off instructions. I used the 10" truck for my one bedroom apartment and that was perfect for the amount of belongings I had. If you have a lot of furniture I would suggest a slightly bigger truck.

Brad BI was pleased with the customer service representative’s kind attitude and calm approach when I called to explain that the UHaul truck did not have a ramp. But there was no solution available. I can’t imagine anyone would want to ise a UHaul truck with no ramp but certainly since we were moving a piano we needed a ramp. My husband built a ramp that evening so we could make our planned delivery time. It worked out fine for us but another family would need to know well beforehand if there’s no ramp.

DAMION HWhy must we close out on the app once the local owner says I'm good to go...you should pick either trusting the local owners for check in (best) or the app and use ONLY one method. The app is essentially useless because almost everything ends in a phone call to Uhaul.

WA FI cannot recommend UHaul at this time. My vehicle broke down 80 miles from its final destination. It could not be fixed and had to be towed. I had to spend an additional 7 hours moving than expected and had to arrange to be picked up from where the vehicle broke down (160 miles round trip). I have emailed, texted and left numerous messages, but a UHaul representative will not respond as I believe I should be compensated for lost time and the cost of my ride. After all of this, they charged me an additional $35 for what I believe is gas as I did not fill the vehicle up which is hard to do when it is towed by a third party.
James BSeats and mirrors could not be moved even with brute force. This can lead to no side or rear view while driving. Unsafe.

Gregoria SDuring dropping off the truck off here they did not inspect the truck. This is when they could tell if it had been smoked in, rear of the truck is clean, etc. Please enforce the “refund policy” of no smoking in the cab of the trucks!!!
