The app was somewhat problematic - easier than I expected but not perfect. Very slow and cumbersome - too long between each required phase. Check in was easier than check out - perhaps because I had used it for check out. The location and staff are great and will definitely be renting from them again soon.

Didn't let me finish taking pictures of the truck but I took them anyways just In case
DANE SI did have a major issue of my truck not being available for 2½ hours after my reservation was made. I had hired help that was paid for over 2 hours while we waited to get keys. The issue was UHaul, not the pickup center. Very displeased with UHAUL after a ling delay

ANGEL LI would only recommend it mon-fri. While it’s open. I did not like the non human pick-up, at all. Had no idea that’s how it was going to be, and if I did, I would have chose another location to pick up a truck. The back of the truck was dirty and had to be swept out before we could put anything in it.

GLENN JStore and folks were great... truck needs to be better maintained... a belt or bearing screamed for the first fifteen minutes of every trip and the spring in the ignition is weak, making it necessary to manually align in order to remove the key.
EDWARD HPickup was a hassle. Dont know if it was the app or what but it took forever (45minutes) to get the code to unlock the truck after we arrived and checked in. Have to go back and forth from the front of the building to the back for codes/keys. Sketchy at 7am. Truck was on E when we got it and had to stop for gas before doing anything else after already being delayed over an hour.
Daniel TAmazing and accommodating customer service. Equipment was clean and ready to go as needed. Great explanation of expectations and policy/procedures. Lindsey and Dan went above and beyond for a very smooth transaction. I won’t go anywhere else!
