Driver side side mirror cracked. Cargo area dirty with debris. Poorly kept. Ordered safe move as I didn't trust them to cover me in case they accuse me of dent or cracked mirror. Guy at counter said return vehicle with same amount of gas...when I returned the vehicle, since I borrowed the haul at fuel 4 at Fort locations put 2 gallons of gas in the truck....only drove 29 miles as receipt shows... different guy at counter said im good to go...saw receipt today. He charged $30 fuel service charge and $23 for 4 gallons gas...almost $6/ gallon for reg. Rip off. Do not recommend this place...should have checked the review. This place is known for this same rip off tactic. Not sure why u haul allows them to keep their franchise and ruin their name because i may use penske or others in future

Musabyimana JThis was not the location I chose on my reservation. My reservation was moved the night before to this location. I scheduled pickup for 8am, and the person who gave me the keys did not arrive until after 8:30am.
Benjamin HBack up camera and backup buzzer are 2 necessities.
