We had difficulty with mobile check in but the staff inside were more than helpful..both when picking up the truck and again when it was returned!

The right side rear mirror was broken they didn't check that before I used the truck so it was hard to drive the truck with 1 rear mirror

The uhaul app is horrible. It stopped working and I couldn't complete the check in process. It was very frustrating!!!
